Items arrived promptly and as described
I have never purchased from JC Electrics before and am happy to say that they met and exceeded my expectations and the product arrived promptly. It was packaged slightly different to the images on their product page but this did not matter. The batteries were packaged as pairs rather than sleeves of 10 but this might actually be better for some people and didn’t matter to me so would be happy to buy from them again in the future.

Placed an order for cable but confirmed lost in post. JC Electrics sent out a replacement order. Everything turned out OK. (The first time I called, I could barely hear the person on the other end, so maybe make sure the phone line's up to scratch; wasn't a problem at my end.)
