Missing item
Ordered 3 items. Was informed later that the items had been split into 2 parcels. I received dispatch details and tracking information for the first parcel and it arrived within 5 days. I am yet to receive any information about the 2nd parcel. I ordered 11 days. I have emailed customer services and sat on hold for 25 minutes today on call and am none the wiser as to were the parcel is. I was told today it is in the warehouse but couldn’t be given a timeframe of when I would receive it. I was just told to wait for a dispatch email. Not good enough.

Trainers haven’t arrived yet!!
Nearly two weeks and trainers have still not arrived. No tracking update for over a week. Tried contact JD and only automated response. First and last time I will order online from JD.

I placed my order and didn’t receive it on time . After inquiring about it I was told it’s gone to the wrong town due to their error and I should receive it soon .
