Ordered shorts and purchased matching Tshirt separately and they send me two T-shirts instead of the shorts witch the shorts cost more may I add I phoned them they can’t sent the shorts out until I send the Tshirt back witch I’m willing to to have to wait up to 14 days for a refund and also re order hope they send correct item out and pay postage again it’s absolutely shocking there customer service was promised a call back by a manager at the end of the day guess what never happens

Ordered 3 tracksuits for my son they come but only the bottoms off one of the pants have come and there very small so now am taking them back and having to explain the top is missing I feel very embarrassed going into this shop now and having to explain am taking the lot back with me so they can weigh it and see it wasn’t put in the bag

Terrible they have a contract with the jail yet if my parcels aren’t stolen by the officers Evri try to deliver while the jail is shut KD should have a contract to know what times the jail is open for parcels.! Can’t get through again to head office today they take my money don’t deliver them I have to wait a week for my money back when there is a time limit to get these things to the jail !!! And today again more problems with a different order , I’d recommend mainline message they are absolutely brilliant no problems at all jd are teeeible for this every year I have this with them 🤬🤬🤬and they’ve replied sayin get in touch yet they don’t answer the fone for over an hour Iv not got time for that when I’m
