I'm primarily visiting JD Sport and have bought a lot of products from UK and NL stores. Overall, I'm satisfied. But my recent purchase was troubled. My online order to the NL Alexandrium store was wasted time due to the carelessness of a working friend and not listening to the customer and not trying to understand. I ordered 2 products. I insist that there should be two products, but the employee may be tired, okay, I understand, but he will buy another product from the warehouse. That's all. I went to the store three times because of him, parking fees, waste of time, etc. It's sad. I'm not angry at anyone, they just have to listen carefully to what the customer says.

I didn't receive the product
I didn't receive the product, which even the order status indicated as "in transit." I felt like a thief who picked it up and wrote "no." Since the status even showed "in transit," it's probably obvious the courier wasn't there. I didn't receive the sweatshirt, but the pants came with an anti-theft chip, and I had to drive 15 minutes to a JD store to have it removed. 0/10

I only received one item
I only received one item , i ordered a click and collect for two items, the order was plait ,I got a notification that one pair came, when I went to collect it the shoes I was handed were not the pair as per the email, but rather the other pair I ordered. When later I got another notification that the second pair came, the people in the shop couldn’t find it - still hadn’t received this pair of shoes.
