Great food and a salad bar!! My boyfriend had the steak and enjoyed it and i had chicken and the salad bar and was very happy. Nice outdoor seating and Caroline, our waitress was fantastic. Super helpful, friendly, and attentive, which is hard to find in Scandinavia. A great dinner option!

The food came after 45 min and the chicken was dry. And we were served with wrong drinks and not informed about the extra cost for the christmas beer and that the refill offer doesn't count for it which was nowhere stated. When we were paying our check and complained about the lack of information we just got a rude answer in Danish.

Great sunday lunch option for families. Kids eat free with paying adult. Staff in Kista are most often friendly. One waiter who has long hair and a goatee is really great.
More vegetarian options please!

Was misled into buying one of Jensens offers online. It turned out it was not valid on the specific day. Was told it was no problem getting a refund. But Jensens bøfhus refuse to provide refund of the buy. We will not be able to return, and money is lost :-( . The dinner we recived on the specific day, was medium made and served with absolutely no class and boring to the eye. A all through poor experience, both in quality and service 22/4-2016.

me and my girlfriend went to one of your restaurants in Malmö last friday. We both ordered the australian strip stake, one medium and one rare. When our stakes arrived we were a bit shocked, they didnt look anything alike, the medium one was a perfect cut, with no fat or tendons, but the other one was something else, no way they were from the same cut. It had a huge tendon right through the middle and fat on both sides. My girlfriend got this one unfortunetly, and we told the staff but no one did anything about other than taking both dishes to the kitchen and coming back with the same stakes and telling us it was the same stake. Also service was realy slow, took us about 15 minutes to get the bill after asked for it. My girlfriend went home hungry from your restaurant even though we paid full price for one decent stake and one uneatable stake. This is not our first visit to jensen's, we went to the one in the emporia in january and we both went out realy satisfied with both the service and the food.

We went to Jensen's after the Christening of our child. We were a big group and we had ordered the table beforehand. The waitress was rude from the moment we got there and through out the evening. Taking the drink order was done by shouting over the group and it took 45 minutes to take only the drink order. After that the food order was taken. It took hour and 40 minutes before the first food arrived to the table. For some reason it was not possible to get the children food first.

The hero of the day, my child, got his food after two hours. By then he was crying and reaching for food on the plate of others.

We got to hear all kind of excuses throughout the evening. Our favorite is; "It is your fault as you are so big group". But there were so many other excuses, none which matter to us, we still got lousy service, food finished and unable to order, the food was cold by the time it came to the table and as well sold out so other things were given instead. The problem with that, we were never asked if we would like the new food or checked if we actually eat that food. But we still got to pay full price!

We repeatedly asked for discount for the long wait, it was in no way possible and it was informed us in a really rude way. We were offered gift card later, after written complained but I declined. I was so embarrased by this evening in regards to my guests that I will never ever come again - and besides, my guests are from all over the world, how should gift card compansate them as they can not use it?

This sure made the Christening day of my child memorable. Sadly not in a good way.

What a pleasure and joy to eat here with my whole family.
Good food, nice stab and a lot of ice cream for the children.

It's good that I get point's every time I eat a meal. I will go on eating at your restaurant and later on, I will eat for free. :-)

Getting a membership card is for free. You can enjoy a lot of discount by holding the membership. Environment at Jensen's Bøfhus is nice, and the prices are very reasonable, while some orders are extremely cheap.

I really like Jensens beef house the food is so good and the waiters are so nice and helpful .
