Dårlig service & moral.

Proclaim to be quality meat but it is not. It is just the same as any other cheap brand. Rather go visit a quality steak house, they do not deserve to be called steakhouse with this poor quality and steep prices.

The food there was awful and so was the service. It was a complete waste of money and not worth the hour spent. I wish we would have never set our feet in that restaurant. We felt robbed - you should spend your money elsewhere.

Bad food and reputations :-(

Subpar cuts of meat. Leathery, tasteless and overcooked. Sloppy presentation drowned in terrible stock-flavor sauces. Tired potato sides, a saladbar with wilting produce and some kind of all-you-can-eat softice substitute. Terrible service. Dirty surroundings. Tables and floors not kept clean. Most awful experience!
Support them and you support a greedy franchise that has no qualms going after small mom'n pop restaurants in court just to further their own rancid cheapskate concept. Disgusting!

I would never pay for food or service again.

We had the starter of chicken wings, onion rings, jalawas poppers etc. Just tasted processed and uninteresting. Have to expect this with a chain where everything is mass produced. The kids had chicken nuggets and a burger. The burger was way overcooked and they forgot the cheese. The nuggets were the same processed chicken bits crap you get everywhere. Not proper chicken. Utter sub standard rubbish. The other mains were 2 fillet steaks and an Australian steak. These were good and cooked properly. I just don't understand why you would use frozen veggies with a nice steak. How difficult is it to have some bags of fresh veggies that just need cooking for 5 minutes? I was surprised that it had got that bad to be honest. Would just take some imagination and slightly higher standards instead of just thinking "how can we mass produce this or that to save costs?" . Service was good and the waitress was friendly. Elite smileys don't mean the food is elite in taste or quality.

They have no cooks employed, their beefs are sent through an automativ oven and delivered to the customer.. At thoose prices thats just not acceptable..

My steak i had to sent back 4 times as it was colored brown, but totally raw inside.. The fourth time i refused to pay for the meal wich they accepted at least...

My experiences in theese restaurants are real bad, i would not recommend any1 spending money there, as you could have so much better food even cheaper at actual restaurants.

Dålig service!

We went with two hungry and tired kids to Jensens Bofhus in Kolding Storcenter.

The service was unbelieavably slow and very unfriendly. They were out of pasta an ordinary evening and they were also completely out of grilled vegetables. We were not told that they were out of vegetables until the waitress put a completely different meal on the table.

Fries are NOT equal to vegetables, and if you are out of something, please tell the customer BEFORE they order so that they have the possibility of ordering something else, or, as in this case, if you are out of basic ingredients, close the restaurant and go shopping! The waitress did not apologize but yelled angrily “We are out of vegetables, what do you want us to do?” We were offered to go to the very unhygienic salad bar but we did not want to get sick. We had to wait very long for the food, so it was 21.30 before we got the food. There was no time to go someplace else with our two small kids.

I was also pregnant and really tried to avoid fries since that was one of the worst things I could imagine eating at the time. I almost threw up on the table when my dry chicken, slimy stinking fries and a really greasy sauce showed up.

If you go to Jensens Bofhus Kolding, you may order steak and vegetables and then get fried salmon and fries instead on your plate. The waitress will then yell “We are out of steak, shut up and go find the salmonella salad bar”

In Kolding Storcenter, there are several grocery stores so the problem with pasta and vegetables would not have been that hard to fix.

Used to be a much more frequent shopper, but now have been put off by their prices and quality
