If there was zero stars this would be it. Total scam. Took my money from PayPal, said item was delivered and provided a tracking number. When I called UPS they said the tracking number was not for my name or address. PayPal won't do anything.

BEWARE

BEWARE - THIS IS A SCAM! I purchased a gift for my daughter for Christmas. 8 days later the website still said it was "processing" so I emailed their support email address. It bounced back. Then I tried to fill out their online form directly. It said error message. Then I tried to call them and saw there are only SIX numbers listed in their phone number. I immediately opened a Paypal dispute case and that same day they sent a tracking number saying the shipment would be arriving that day. How convenient! Of course it did not arrive. UPS confirmed the tracking number did not match my name and address. I wound up having to open a claim to get my money back. To this day, still no product.

So I too got duped...

So I too got duped - bought what I thought was two Lego sets for my son for Christmas--toys never arrived. Tried reaching out to Jerseyeasy only to see the invalid customer service # with digit missing and email address that goes nowhere (server doesn't work). I filed a complaint with PayPal to have it denied as they produced a phony tracking number for UPS that showed something was delivered at 11am on 12/20. I was not about to be out $95.60! I called PayPal and explained that I believed the case was denied in error for the following reasons:
1. Seller has invalid contact customer support info
2. the UPS tracking # is a fake --it states that the driver delivered an item weighing 29.7 lbs - I bought two Lego sets! Additionally, I get notifications from UPS when they're delivering a package -- I got nothing!
3. I filed a claim with UPS as well. Hoping to get proof from them that the tracking # was a fake that I could use to bolster my case with PayPal, if needed.

Long story short -PayPal reopened the claim and resolved it in my favor (especially since they never heard from the seller).

The moral of the story is don't give up and and don't let that thief steal your money! PayPal will work with you (even if they initially deny your claim) once you get them on the phone and explain the situation.

If it sounds too good to be true

If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. This is especially true to this company. They advertise good prices, but never deliver the goods.
In a pinch for Christmas I ordered my granddaughter a musical chair. I never received a confirmation email. After 1 week I emailed them and asked what was going on with my order. They had PayPal send me shipping information. Approximately one week later I received a small package. They had shipped me paper plates from a 3rd party, Walmart. I never ordered the plates.
When I filed a dispute through pay pal they were useless, stating Jersey easy supplied them with tracking info. Any FOOL can tell you that you can't fit a 5 lb chair on a 2 lb box. They did the old switcharoo, paid $5.00 for plates and had them shipped to me, and screwed me for $20.
I say PayPal is useless because there are all kinds of NEGATIVE reviews on this company and they should have investigated this further. I won't be using either of them ever again. I'm certainly not done with this issue. Stay tuned for updates.

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 5, 2020
I contacted PayPal again and asked that they review the tracking information from UPS. It stated a 2 lb box was delivered to me by jerseyeasy. They were able to look at a photo of the chair I ordered and could see it was >5 lbs.
I got my money back ya'll!!! I'm good with PayPal now, but please don't fool with jerseyeasy. They are just a group of simple minded crooks. Don't give up guys. Contact PayPal again if it's not too late and let's stop those maggots!!!

SCAM alert.

I, too, was scammed. Same exact story. Why doesn’t PayPal get that this company is a scam company? They should know this and not allow this scammer to use PayPal? They closed my complaint because they said there was a UPS delivery receipt. I had ordered the item on the evening of Dec 9th. The UPS receipt said it was for Dec 10 and was delivered to the “front desk”. It was supposed to be delivered to my home. There is no front desk. And it would have been physically impossible to have received it the next day. My question is what is wrong with PayPal? Anyone could have figured out that the receipt they provided was a scam receipt. They are supposed to protect us from just this sort of scam artist company. I reopened the case and will be sending them some of the complaints I read. I will also never use PayPal again.

SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM JERSEYEASY

I too, feel like a fool. I usually research companies that I have not ordered with before ordering from them. I saw that they took PayPal, they had the item I was looking for, a good deal, so I ordered. I paid and at the end I tried to set up an account so I would have the order available to look at but it gave me an error message and would not let me. After that, I did not get any emails about my order being submitted, shipped, or anything. I did not have an order number but I tried to contact customer service by emailing them, I heard nothing back. I emailed the email address that my PayPal payment went to and all that happened was they sent a tracking number to PayPal and I received an email from PayPal with the tracking number. It showed the item had already been delivered but it hadn't. The tracking number showed the item weighed 4 pounds. Pretty heavy for a video game for the Switch! UPS could not verify anything with the tracking number I was given. I did open a case with PayPal and I was ready to have to call/email them back to give them more info but Jerseyeasy did not get back to them so PayPal ruled in my favor. I was relieved as I have been really frustrated with this whole thing.

If you case is denied by PayPal

If you case is denied by PayPal, give them a call and explain the issue. They will reopen your case. If you haven't opened a case with PayPal, DO IT! The more cases with PayPal, the easier it will be to disconnect the partnership with PayPal and this fake vendor.

SCAM ALERT** I'm sure many of you are…

SCAM ALERT** I'm sure many of you are coming here like the rest of us confirming what you feared. You are right. This company is no company at all. It is a scam. You can not email them or call them. As mentioned below, these people somehow have hacked into UPS and gotten their legitimate tracking numbers for other deliveries in our home zip code and sent them as tracking info for our orders. This way it shows up as delivered and most just think it's lost. I spoke with UPS and they helped me track down this information and even sent it to me in an email. I have sent that to PayPal and am waiting for their response. If they deny it, I WILL follow up with a call. This is not only costing us money but both of these companies as well. Keep reaching out to PayPal and UPS. Eventually they will get tired of hearing from us and hopefully shut these people down!

DO NOT

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT order from this site. It is fake, you WILL NOT receive what you order. It is a scam and when you try to get your money back from paypal or credit card etc. , you cant because these people provide some kind of fake tracking number with a ups symbol that looks real. I wasted 62.99 trying to buy a luvabella doll from them which of course i never received. Its a scam please do not fall for it. Do not order anything from here.

Next time I guess I'll just to go Target the first time around...

Like all the others, I feel like a fool...but at least I'm not alone. Ordered a LEGO set...realized something may be off when the PayPal shipping e-mail had some weird foreign name associated with the seller. And then of course, after the date the thing was supposed to be delivered it showed it was delivered to a UPS drop-off point at a Michael's store near me. Wasted an hour going up there, where there was no package, only to determine after calling UPS that the tracking number had obviously been re-used from someone else's package. Initial PayPal case was denied because the tracking # showed delivered. When I called, the gal at PayPal said she couldn't contact UPS directly (apparently this depends on who you get on the other end at PayPal) but she re-opened the case. If the seller doesn't respond with proof that it was delivered to my address, within 3 days, it should close in my favor. Not holding my breath but planning to pursue it nonetheless. Also filed a complaint with ic3.gov. I would recommend everyone else do the same.

How to get your money back - PayPal

Hi! I had the same issue, purchased a board game from Jerseyeasy and they sent me a tracking number that didn't contain my package or my home address. I filed a dispute and the dispute was denied because the "seller provided a tracking number and it was delivered". I did a lot of hunting and realized that the tracking number the company provided was for a totally different company shipping something different but to my town, so it looked legit. I ended up calling PayPal (if you immediately say "I want to talk to a real person" to the recording, they will connect you to a customer service rep.). I was connected with a gentleman named Scott who was super helpful. He ended up placing me on hold and called UPS to confirm that that tracking number/package was not delivered to my home address. They confirmed. I received a refund. I recommend doing the same and the more people call about this company, hopefully they will be disconnected from PayPal soon.
