Jetset holiday has a first rate team! I greatly appreciated the communication throughout the planning process, and keeping us organized with clear schedules, local contacts, and all of our documents. Our holiday was cancelled due to covide restriction in August 2020 ( we booked 8n January before corona took hold). We were promised a refund within 12 weeks for all but 47 pounds with the Ryan Air flights. Its the 17 December and still no refund. They travel agent we booked through told me that they had gotten the money back from the hotel but jetset refused to refund partially. Ryan Air still won't refund the flights. Recentky been told after 4 weeks of chasing up that they have agreed to the partial refund. That was a week and a half and still no refund. Do not book with jetset, if anything goes wrong you will not get your money back. Or claim it back through the card company, don't believe the lie that you will get it in 12 weeks!!!

Can you please re-check your invoice and supplier details in order to know for certain Jetset Holiday your travel agency?
