New Tilting Window in Basement
Had a new Tilting window fitted in my basement - the guys did a fantastic job, window looks brilliant and there was not a speck of mess when I returned! Was actually tidier than how I left it! Also was the best price I found after looking around! Thanks a lot Jewel - would certainly use your services again!

Andy and Kyle did outstanding job removing the old window and installing the new one. They were incredibly helpful, professional and efficient in their approach. The entire process was completed quickly, and they made sure to leave the area clean and tidy once the job was done. I truly appreciate their hard work and attention to detail.

Door and windows fitted last week
Some issues with parts missing initially and door getting stuck but rectified quickly and our windows and doors look lovely. Fitters professional and did a good job.

Excllent product matched by customer service
Jewel installed new windows in our house and fitted over 30 panes of glass and 3 doors for us. The whole process from first discussions to the job being completed took just a few weeks. They were excellent from our first interaction with James provided sales support, Leon surveying and Andy, Freddie, Kyle and Matt doing a brilliant job fitting the windows in 3 days. The fitters particularly went that extra mile. We would give them 6 stars if we could!

Spot On
Mark and David replaced 12 windows across 1.5 days, absolute machines the pair of them, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was double checked before they left. Can't fault them and over the moon with end results.
From start to finish was a relatively smooth process and would definitely recommend using them.

The difference between the old and new…
The difference between the old and new windows and doors is unbelievable and David J did an amazing job, nothing was a problem he just got on and did a awesome job and we are so so happy with the finish. Great service from Jewel windows
We had a really good experience with Jewel windows. James was our sales person who was very patient and answered all my questions he came to our property a few times which was really helpful and came back to me straight away on my queries.
Dave fitted our windows perfectly. We are really happy with how they look.
Dave was super quick, but also made sure the windows were put up to perfection not leaving any mess.
I would highly recommend.

The Jewel Returned…
We returned to Jewel after a great experience at the beginning of the year, and the whole team didn't fail to deliver the same wonderful service and product second time.
Our journey again started with James our sales consultant who looked after us well on both occasions, amending and requoting to meet our requirements. Leon the surveyor visited both times and was always very thorough, explaining everything clearly with a friendly manner and then finally Dave our fitter did a wonderful professional job, we gave him a little hurdle which he dealt with, without any trouble and all with a cheery, friendly, can do approach. Thank you all.
