Replacement PCB was faulty so I phoned…

Replacement PCB was faulty so I phoned the shop and replacement was sent off straight away and arrived promptly with a return envolope for the first one. that was also faulty so I sent them both back. have not heard anything yet about a refund.

Hi Graham, we're sorry to hear that you had issues with these PCBs. We've sold 1000's of these without issue, so we were very surprised to hear that you had two faulty units. Upon return, both boards were fully tested and worked perfectly. Maybe the adjustable timer setting was set too long and it felt like the fan wasn't going to switch off when you were testing? The refund was issued at midday on the 11th June 2025, after we received both units back. Please let us know if you haven't received payment.

The item worked

The item worked. Delivery was very prompt. The only downside was no confirmation email of my order and when my item was dispatched.
