Ordered a sandwich from Logan, Utah #1960. What a rip off. Almost NO toppings, pretty much just a bun. From now on I will never make that mistake again #STICKINGWITHSUBWAY

My number 5 sandwich was of vending machine quality with anemic bread and bean counting ingredients. It tasted like a gas station sandwich. Will not order from Dixon, Illinois store again.

I ordered online at 12:52pm and at 1:52pm, had still not received my lunch. My office is right at or less that 1 mile from the Jimmy John's I ordered from. I called and the person I spoke with said he would refund my money and still have my lunch sent to me. It has now been over 2 hours and I still have not received it. Jimmy John's delivery SUCKS! I would have given them negative stars if it would have let me.

I hate to do this because we like have liked all JJ locations that we have visited prior to this. We understand that these shops are not a social club, but the staff wasn't the least bit friendly. The sandwiches were VERY skimpy on the meat, and the limited vegetables certainly didn't make up for it. A very disappointing experience, as I am ABSOLUTELY SURE they can do better.

Me and my cousin went into Jimmy John's, Hollywood, Fl. (December 10th )I ordered a turkey tom and after two bites I realized the meat was bad. I brought it to the counter, and the cashier, Terence shouted "We cut our meat fresh daily" and he turned and walked away. I left the sub next to the register where it remained. After my cousin finished his meal, we left. At no time did Terence offer to make another FRESH sub or refund my hard earned money. I submitted an online complaint but just like Terence, I was ignored. They took my money and did nothing. I am done with Jimmy John's forever and you should be too.

Sandwiches USED to be delicious! I'm in Florida and it seems like some folk here, just don't get it,.Can you please just make the sandwich, the way I ask you? Seems like it's so hard to do.

Jimmy johns on Jackson street is amazing that make all my food with love and I enjoy all of their love and professionalism. I think that those who want to give a bad rating are those who have a bad life. when it comes to jimmy johns. my hands are clapping for all of the people there thank u.

Love jimmy john however this brunswick location is full of bad attitude. The minute I approached the door at 7:55 I could clearly see the girl behind the counter throw her hands in the air like she was so annoyed that a customer was walking in. The young man a.k.a (4eyed dork) behind the counter taking my order was a much worse - just glared at me while I ordered my usual .... when we got home to have our sandwiches we found one of the subs had almost an entire bin of onions dumped on the sandwich instead of lettuce.... this location desperately needs new management new owners knew something because these Punk kids working here are absolutely out of control

Will be cancelling all accounts with Jimmy John’s for my employees. I have no use for a company who endorses a former President Trump who tried to over throw the United States Goverment. I have no respect nor support sponsoring a company that does not support democracy.

Ordered a BBQ Chicken Wrap with no torilla strips on the sandwich, but I wanted extra on the side. The general manager refused to give me but 2 1 ounce cups of the strips with a pinch of them on the side. Enough for a half of a sandwich. I'm not aware of a policy that there is a limit to how many extra ingredients you can order on your sandwich. When I asked said GM for more than an ounce of strips, she refused to give them to me and stated " I am the general manager and only I have final say and decide if you get extra ingredients on the side. I am the only one who can approve extra ingredients." She refused to give me extra tortillas!! Power hungry much?? The GM of Jimmy Johns!!! I even offered to pay for extra strips, she said they are a free item and there is no way she can ring them up for me to pay for them, she still said no, "only I have the authority to decide who can get extra on the side". SOOOO... it's a free item, they ask me if I want extra when I'm ordering on the place order page on the site, and ordering at the store, but she will not give them to me, or allow me to even pay for extra for them? Okaaaay. I was looking for Ashton Kutcher, I seriously thought I was being punked! Lesson learned, if you want your ingredients or extra on the side, as it asks you on their website when ordering, know that you cannot get them, unless the GM thinks you need them, then and only then will you get them. This is at the 106 N. Stephanie Henderson, NV location. No extra tortilla strips on your BBQ Chicken Wrap for you! LOL

the customer service was bad they seemed like they were high or something both of my sandwiches were wrong i took pictures of them

The owner/manager of the shop in south Myrtle Beach should be fired on the spot. Ordered on line for pickup at 2:00pm, entered store at1:55 pm and not even started yet. Manager went back and forth with me with extreme rudeness. Had no respect for me nor the people eating. Told me if I wasn't happy to leave the shop. The worst attitude I have ever seen from a restaurant operator. I asked him to give me a refund and I would go to the Jersey Mikes store 3 blocks away. I am 78 years old and without a doubt this was the worst restaurant I have ever patronized. Never in my life have I ever been insulted in this manor before. This was my first visit to a Jimmy John sandwich shop and needless to say it will be my last visit. I wanted to give this review a NO star if I could.

We eat at Jimmy Johns all the time and always have a good experience. Compared to other fast food restaurants where the food is wrong, hot sandwiches are cold, food is missing... We have never had this sort of problem with Jimmy. Food is always great!

Out of the 5 other employees that are working there, only one person can do deliveries and he called in late to work,,so deliveries are not available. Man! Jimmy Johns used to be good and I can see it is no longer a place to worry about ordering from, especially with the lack give as $hit from the employees that were on the phone with me....

Bread was thin,dry,smashed and didn't taste right. Wasn't enough meat on it to be called a sandwich at all. With the poor sandwich quality, and even poorer service (had to go behind the counter to find a napkin). Eating here once, was too often

Good sandwich. I find it better if you customize it to your liking. Have had good service so far with their delivery.

I wanted to try jimmie johns for the first time. Ordered the roast beef. It came with 2 slices of beef, lettuce and tomato and no cheese for almost $8 bucks. It was the lamest sub I've ever eaten. My first AND last time I've eaten there. Won't be back. So much for being "gourmet"

I ordered Jimmy John’s via door dash. Door dash said I have 10mins remaining to place my order and when I did I never received my order nor any follow up comms. I reached out to door dash and they told me that they could not provide a refund. I paid $20 for a $10 sandwich. You are a million dollar company and I am not so I need my $20 back so that I can buy groceries since I can’t get my sandwich. UBER EATS WOULD NEVER
