JLC GAS 

I'd like to give JLC Gas a high rating but unfortunately they weren't actually able to conclude the issue. After several call-outs and a replacement of a part, we were still having issues with our boiler and the engineers were unable to find out what the issue was.

The engineers were very friendly and informative, and the company were quite responsive with the call-outs, it's just a shame I had to contact a different company in order to solve the issue.

I recently had a bathroom fitted with jlc and i really can't praise them high enough. The workmen were friendly, polite and worked around my 5 month old daughter. Nothing was too much for them to do. We are so happy with the work done and think our new bathroom is just perfect! They went above and beyond for us and I'm only sorry i can only give 5 stars as a rating wish there was more to give 100% happy with the bathroom and the workmanship. Thank you so so so much my daughter now has a big bath to splash about it. Just perfect

They came to my place and took £250 for just bringing chemical and pouring in the toilet, even went to buy the chemical and got lost for good few hours and billed that hours as a working to us, but when I justified that they should be bringing their own chemical the bill was reduced. They couldn't resolve the problem and neither tell us what the problem was.

JLC liaised with the tenant and estate agent directly causing me minimum trouble.

We used JLC to install a new bathroom for us. Really happy with the job they did, they installed a new toilet, bath, shower etc. When it was finished it all looked fantastic. Really good job all round, staff were very nice and helpful, highly recommended. Delivered on everything they promised.

My 10yr old conventional boiler had failed repeatedly. I always wanted a Combi boiler, but thought that a). I couldn't afford it; b). It would be a big messy job. I am happy to say that I was wrong on both counts.

Engineer visited my house at a convenient time to me (evening after work) to provide a quote. Written Quote was emailed to me later that evening and order accepted/confirmed - all via their mobile app.

Installation booked for 24hrs later, and all old system (including hot water and cold water tanks) removed and house left tidy. New system and power shower fitted over 2/3 days.

Gas installation certificate received via post promptly therafter.

Very pleased with service and would happily recommend them for both large or small jobs.

My boiler broke doe in the evening so I called JLC, engineers were out in the morning and had it fixed within a hour. Great job

The price we was given for the work we required was the price we paid, JLC turned up when they said the would and done an excellent job! We will use them again in the future and would recommend them!

Was easy to get a quote and make appointment for boiler installation.

Very friendly engineer, but expensive for a simple job.

I instructed JLC Gas to install 2 central heating system and provide me with gas and electric certificates. During installations of GCHeatlg one engineer goes to do the certificates. He fails the boiler and disconnect the cooker as being unsafe. Cost £1400 to replace boiler. Following morning I receive a call from the resident downstairs that there was a disturbing leak from the ceiling. Cost £518 to repair leaks from cistern, stopcock and bath which was blocked with debris that the workers try to flush down the bath. Electric cost £200 for failure certificate. Cost to make good quoted at £1392. I wised up by then. I got the work done for £535 by someone else.
Boilers needed to be registered for warranty. Barry removed the phone numbers from the boiler, There is a young trainee with them. Mind boggles at the quality of training he is getting.
I have 2 more central heating systems to be installed and need a couple more landlord gas and electric certificates. JLC has lost my custom. Extremely poor service.

Chose JLC Gas, while searching over the Internet for a company to replace my boiler, which stopped working.
I did not know this company and I was slightly apprehensive, not knowing the quality of work, but after reading the reviews, I went ahead with JLC Gas.

JLC Gas are a good company, they know their work and they work very well, only slight let down was they did not contact me when they could not attend any one day or proving quotations.

JLC I feel, charge slightly more then other companies, but I would prefer JLC Gas to any other company to carry out the work.

They have been polite and answered any questions or concerns I may have had.

They also did a great job on my bathroom; Great work and made sure everything was left tidy, they fitted a new bath and hand basin for me.
