You pay for what you get. Initally not the cheapest of companies when calling for quotes, but you pay for what you get. An excellent service. Friendly, reliable, helpfull, informative, care about their work, and would most certainly use or recommend again. Most importantly they were able to slot me in the day I called as an emergency, plus temporarley fixed the problem while waiting for a new part. Came back and fixed within 48 hours. What more can you ask

I used this company to fit a new bathroom for me. They were able to start in good time.
The worker arrived on time every day and worked solidly and consistently. He left the place neat and tidy after each day. On the whole I am very pleased with my new bathroom.

Bought a house with a "rough" central heating system. JLC Gas rerouted all the pipes which had been embedded into the concrete and were full of leaks. No mess and done in quick time

Good job done thanks but the quote was for 3 hours work but the actual job later less than an hour. They still asked me for 3 hours payment. You would have thought that they would charge an hour only. Feels so greedy and doggy to me.

They didn't find the gas leak even though there was one. paid a fortune as they are quite expensive and still the next day we had another company to sort it out for us.

We used JLC to remove a redundant gas pipe from an old fireplace, the engineer was really friendly, professional and knowledgable he quickly changed the pipe work configuration by passing the redundant pipe then removed it. He cleaned up afterwards which was unusual as companies I have used before leave a mess for me to clean up. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. I recommended them to a friend of mine who was over the moon with the new boiler they installed.

Shortly After however - I had a minor technical problem which left me with no hot water. When I phoned I was met with a frustrated, can't be bothered attitude and told no one that could come out for 48 hours! Granted that It was a Sunday on a bank holiday weekend - but nonetheless treating me like a nuisance and being totally unhelpful was VERY annoying and I phoned back and told them so. I sorted my problem via the internet in the end. In essence - I expected better aftercare given that my installation was not cheap!
