DO NOT ORDER - ITS A SCAM!!

My fiancé ordered a white sapphire wedding ring set march 12. Paid for expedited shipping $26 for it to come within 3-5 days. Waited and waited and never showed. Emailed them and their responses were short and suspicious. Did our research to find those reviews on here saying the same exact thing. Do NOT buy anything from this company!!!! It’s a scam!!!

Item not received. Ignored e mails. Awful service!! Steer clear!

My partner ordered me an engagement ring on here 5th March, and paid £20 for 3-5 business day delivery. It’s now the 18th, and no ring!
We have e mailed them. But no response. Fuming! And will be taking this further! Awful site. Steer well clear!! I’ll see what they say once my solicitor has glanced over this!!!! 😡

Do persist with this company about getting your money back iv been emailing them since 2 Feb and finally got my money ey back as I threatened to take it further to the financial ombudsman... 2 days later got my money back... I wud never give this company my time and this is not mistake it's absolutely loadz of rubbish..trying to say I recieved good and royalmail proved it wasn't sent to my address, wudnt be suprised if the didn't have it set to go to there own address and keep both the money and the goods STAY WEELLLLLLL CLLLLEEEAAAARRRR

It’s a beautiful ring

It’s a beautiful ring, it looks just like the picture. BUT. My boyfriend paid almost 30 dollars for it to come in 3-5 days, and it came a month late. I would just say don’t get excited for it to come in the time frame you want it to, because it can come months later. But I love it it’s so pretty and I’m obsessed lol

Don’t panic yet! My item (eventually) turned up

I ordered my ring on the 15th January and it said delivery within 10-15 working days. They sent me a UPS tracking number which was incorrect, according to the courier website. After reading these reviews I started to panic thinking I’d never see the ring or my money again! I emailed and complained yesterday via email demanding a refund…. And lo and behold- by the time I got home, the package had actually been delivered that morning! (20th feb)…. So although their communication and tracking accuracy could have been better- to their credit- the ring did actually turn up (the packaging suggests it got held up at customs).

Be patient, be polite, it will be worth the wait.

Initially, my delivery didn't arrive. I emailed and got a response saying they would look into it. I got an email back saying they would let me know when it was shipped. They did and they arrived today. lovely packaging, a little jewellery box. The jewellery is stunning, I am so pleased. as described. fit perfect.

SCAM!!

Placed an order end of Jan for my wedding ring. Two and a half weeks later and still hadn't received any notifications. Started to question whether the website was a scam!! Found their Facebook page/this page etc and every single person has said the exact thing happened to them. They take your money, you don't receive the jewellery. I've read the old review where someone has received the ring but needed to send it back. They couldn't send me back because you get charged for the return. I've come to the conclusion I'm not going to receive my ring. They have taken so many peoples money. They are ripping people off left, right and centre!!! AVOID!!!
Now I need to try and get my money back. They haven't responded to any of mine or my partners email!!

I placed an order on January 12th for Valentines & Still don't have anything

I placed an order on January 12th. I emailed their customer service department for the last two weeks. Told them to cancel my order and give me a refund. They asked me to be patient and they can give me ten dollars back. I told them NO I got something else because I need it for Valentines Day! Early this morning they send me and email said they have shipped. I told you for the last week to cancel and refund my money because I don't need it. This company is the worst. I'm going to have to go to my back and dispute this charge and get my money back. I have all the email correspondence with this company. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Don't buy

I don't know who this company is supposed to represent, but as far as them being helpful to the customer, they are not, my problem is that I got the wrong size of my ring (wedding ring). I was trying to return it to get the correct size and I was talking to Ivy one of the representatives, and all of a sudden she stopped communicating. I even offered to pay postage. So please don't buy from this company Now am left trying to find another ring within a short period of time. So again please don't buy from this company
