Couldn’t be more helpful
Went out of their way to help with delivery of my car. Matthew, who delivered my car, was especially helpful and even though it was at the end of his working day, he took his time to show me some changes. Though there was initially an issue getting through to change my service plan, Val, at the service desk, was also very helpful and had a lovely personality. It makes such a change to be treated so nicely. Well done Mini Tayside

Good experience …
Traveled to Dundee to see/collect the car. Was met by Brian and offered tea/coffee etc. After the formalities we looked round the car and shown most of the systems and were happy with them we decide to purchase the car. After we left the showroom we had a call from the salesman to inform us we needed to have the spare key coded to the car, so we returned to have this done. All in all we had a good experience with this mini dealership.

Great experience all round
Great experience all round, was the first time purchasing a mini and it was so simple and stress free, getting to take the car out myself for a test drive was a huge bonus as it’s more comfortable to see how it drive, sale executive Julie was great, she helped me with everything and kept me up to date with everything, would highly recommend buying your mini from here!

Don’t go to Aberdeen mini
Really friendly and professional … I have been send way from Aberdeen mini after giving my details and no one call me .. I don’t suggest Aberdeen mini to anyone look like you go there and they get bothered.. anyway I went in Dundee and I never been happier the guy how handled the sale was fantastic… we are going there again for my wife new car …

My purchase was so easy and hassel free. Julie was very pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Any questions I had they got answered. If I went away and thought of a question I knew I could just phone her and ask her. She was always keeping me updated with sending emails which was great.

Sales Exec Julie Patullo made the car purchasing experience very easy. All appropriate documentation and road taxing of car was seamless. Collected car within a few days of choosing it.
Have used John Clark Mini in Aberdeen on numerous occasions for car purchase and servicing and it is apparent that the professionalism within the Company goes throughout all branches.

Tayside branch - Julie was great to deal with
Julie was very helpful and informative. She went above and beyond in order to get the car ready for the day I requested. After having a not so good experience in the Aberdeen branch, it was great to deal with a friendly and helpful sales team in the Tayside branch.
