Great from start to finish

The process was smooth, and everything felt straightforward. I appreciated being able to take a test drive, which made me feel confident about the decision. Eddie handled everything professionally, and his friendly approach stood out. He communicated well via email, quickly responding to any queries I had along the way. His knowledge was helpful and reassured me during the process. It all came together without any fuss or complications. Very pleased with how it went.

Thanks John Banks!!

I received great customer service from Kymberley at John Banks Ipswich. She was very personable and attentive during the sales process of obtaining my new Honda Jazz. Kymberley was extremely knowledgeable of the Honda Jazz, its specifications and all procedures around the administration and finance processes. She is an asset to the company and I would recommend using Ipswich John Banks over any of the other branches.

What can I say from start to finish on…

What can I say from start to finish on purchasing our Honda HRV was an absolute pleasure . We were very lucky to to be looked after by Kymberly Cant on all aspects of the purchase - she was truly amazing by running through every aspect of the vehicle ( us oldies are a bit slow on things like touch screens) she was very patient and made us feel at ease with the technology by gently guiding us through it . We love our Honda and would really recommend you go take a look at the vehicles at John Banks Ipswich .

10th Honda

This is the 10th Honda we have purchased from John Banks. Staff are always polite, very knowledgeable & do not push to make a sale. We felt that our requirements & views were listened to & more information was given when requested. The paperwork was mostly done efficiently.
Kimberley made the whole process easy to complete & was a pleasure to deal with. Manager Ed presented my wife with a beautiful bunch of flowers & gave me the promised 10th Honda free (only a hot wheels version!!!)

Great customer service

Tim handled everything smoothly. The exchange of two motorcycles and purchase of three more was well-organised. He explained each step clearly, which made the process easier to follow. The transaction went smoothly and was straightforward. Tim in sales handled the process professionally and ensured everything was clear. Adam, the delivery driver, was polite and punctual, making the final stage easy. Both were friendly and courteous throughout. There was no pressure or hassle at any point. A well organised, professional and low sales pressure dealership

I recently purchased a Dacia Spring after not having bought a new car in over twenty years. The dealership provided a clean and organised space, which I found reassuring. The staff took the time to understand my preferences and were patient with my questions, which made the process less overwhelming. Chris was particularly diligent and ensured I never felt rushed, while Melanie helped clarify some technical details.

The ability to test drive the vehicle played an important role in making my decision, as it gave me confidence that the car suited my needs. Trading in my old vehicle also simplified things, and the paperwork being handled online made it more convenient. When I collected the car, it was well-prepared and ready to go.

Great Overall Experience

Been looking for a car locally (I live 80 miles from Bury St Edmunds) for my daughter who needed her first car. She had selected a Swift but could not find the right one. Put an inquiry to find the history of an almost new Swift on the John Banks Website, got a call back from David fairly quickly who answered all my questions and we left it that I would talk to my daughter and give him a call back in a few days. I was delighted (unlike other enquiries made) there was no high-pressure salesmanship. I left a message for David to ring me back 2 days later and received the call back later that day when we arranged for my daughter to test drive a car on the following Saturday.

We arrived at BSE just before the arranged time and as we drew into the carpark David came across, introduced himself and even parked my car for me (a nice touch). The car we were interested in was ready to be test driven and shortly after David took my daughter out on a test drive.

At the end of the test drive David spent a lot of time in the carpark explaining to my daughter the features of the car, time appeared to be no object which, as the dealership was very busy, I was extremely pleased with.

We took a decision to buy the car and then did all the paperwork with David. This was not a tick book exercise David took the time to explain the whole process to my daughter including the reasons (she has a very enquiring mind so again this was another positive). Agreed to collect the following Saturday.

The collection was just as well organised, when we arrived the car was ready and all the final paperwork was prepared. The handover included setting up the Suzuki App on my daughters’ phone as well as going through all the controls of the car and the usual explanation of servicing, warrantee etc.
I would summarise the “Experience” of buying the car as 10/10, many thanks to David and well worth the drive from Bedfordshire to Suffolk.

Finally I would add that on both visits I observed the same attention being given to other customers by the John Banks Staff.

I arranged for my car to be collected…

I arranged for my car to be collected and returned, which made things easier with my husband in hospital. The process felt straightforward, and there weren’t any issues along the way. Everything was handled without much fuss. That helped keep things manageable for me.

You will not be disappointed.

I have John Banks (Honda) motorcycles to be an excellent dealership.
I have been treated with respect, empathy, kindness, and sympathy.
Having purchased a CRF300L in July 2023 I was unfortunate enough to have a camshaft failure when the bike was just about 5 weeks out of its 2 year warranty, and with a total mileage of circa 3700.
I was fortunate enough to encounter Mr Mark Banks who very kindly supported me throughout the repair process and showed great generosity towards me, which was indeed very touching.
Anton on the reception desk kept me informed throughout the process.
Tim, the technician who repaired the bike explained everything to me, and effected an excellent repair.
I have now returned to the dealership and purchased a new CRF300L when Mr Banks put together for me what I considered to be an excellent deal.
Everything went very smoothly with the bike being ready as agreed.
I dealt with Ken (H) at this time, who in keeping with my previous experiences at the dealership, provided friendly efficient service.
I have come into contact with other employees since 2023 having had my bike serviced there and they have all been polite, efficient, and affable.
The dealership itself is sizeable, and well laid out with the many motorcycles being displayed nicely.
The workshop is kept clean and exudes an expectation of efficiency.
I would not hesitate to recommend John Banks (Honda) motorcycles.
They deserve to succeed and prosper.
