Karl responded immediately to our call whilst out shopping for Mother's Day. He was able to attend within 15 minutes, quickly identified the problem and fixed it within the hour. He was extremely personable and obviously very knowledgeable. The rate he charged was entirely reasonable for emergency work on a Sunday monring. So reassuring to find a great tradesman: we will definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.

I contacted Johnsons shortly before Christmas re a boiler fault. Initial and helpful office contact was soon followed by a call from an engineer and a visit soon after. The fault was rapidly diagnosed and required a further visit the day after boxing day.
They are a proper firm - friendly, helpful and professional. Invoice was very reasonable and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough ( sadly rare these days! )

An engineer was due to service my boiler on Thr 06/10/22 but he didn't show up, no phone call to say that he wouldn't be attending or why.

No call back on Friday to apologise or to explain why the engineer was a no show or to rebook.

WON'T be using Johnson's again.

Johnson heating fitted my central heating system about 6 years ago.I contacted john last week for some advice re my boiler and he and Sarah could not have been more helpful.I could not recommend Johnson heating more highly.

Booked Johnson’s for a boiler replacement and they were first class!
Called out to estimate and offered a friendly knowledgeable & professional service/advice rather than a hard sell.
Quote was very reasonable and we opted to get the job done whilst we were on holiday.
Came home to a brand new boiler and no mess, perfect!
John then visited us to explain how everything worked.
Friendly, professional, trustworthy, would highly recommend.

I have known John for many years when he used to do work for the company I work for.
This time he was installing a boiler for me at home.
He arrived with his colleague, Peter, on time and eager to start. They are very professional, knowledgeable trustworthy and keen on all safety aspects of the work. When finished they cleaned up and we were given instruction on how to use the boiler.
Sarah is very friendly and kept us informed and up to date with all the information we needed right up until the job was complete.
I recommend this company to anybody considering having any aspect of heating work done.

What a team. John, Peter and Sarah. Just fitted a new boiler for me. Excellent workmanship, went above and beyond for me at no extra cost. Nothing was to much trouble and they worked around the needs of my elderly mum. On time, extremely knowledgeable about the safety aspect of the install. Very tidy from start to finish. They are the type of installers you would have no hesitation in leaving your property and letting them get on with it. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were really nice and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company

We needed our existing 10 year old boiler to be relocated in our house. After discussion with John, it was decided that it would be more cost effective to install a new boiler and have the benefit of a 10 year guarantee. John, and his assistant Peter, worked tirelessly over three days to complete the installation together with new piping for our gas fire and two new radiators. We are delighted with the first class job that they have done and would thoroughly recommend this company. They were punctual, tidy, polite, professional, meticulous as to detail, and were a delight to have in our house.

Johnson Heating have just installed our new Worcester boiler and we couldnt be happier. They were here on time both days and worked very quickly and professionally. John and Peter are both lovely and did a great job and left the house clean and tidy. You wouldn't know they had been. John explained how to use the boiler and also gave us advice about our gas and water supplies. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again.

John and Peter did a fantastic job of replacing my old boiler with a combi. John and Peter arrived early every day and were a pleasure to deal with. They were very tidy and really went the extra mile to ensure they did the best job possible. I’d highly recommend!

We needed our central heating system replaced. Once work commenced it was discovered that we needed new pipe work too.
John and his colleague not only completed an excellent job, they were so kind and helpful. Most of the furniture needed moving and they worked so hard on this too. They even brought it back in without our help!
The tidiness was superb. Our cats loved them.

I contacted Johnson Heating Liverpool Ltd for a quote for a new boiler on the recommendation of work colleagues. John has replaced boilers for four of my work colleagues and they have all been very pleased with his work. My old boiler had needed increasingly expensive repairs. Once John had identified the cause of the current fault we agreed that it would be more cost effective to replace it.
John considered the specific requirements for my house in terms of heating and hot water and made a recommendation on the type of boiler that we would need. He also advised on additional products such as a suitable thermostat. His quote was more detailed and he spent more time surveying and explaining the products than the other heating engineer we had received a quote from. His quote was also very competitive.
John completed the work on the day agreed and within the stated time. His team were extremely clean and tidy. He also spent time explaining how the boiler worked and how to use it efficiently to save money on heating bills.
I am extremely pleased with the work undertaken and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Johnson heating Liverpool Ltd to others.
