2 - All are genuine, no fakes, no watered down versions

Price are just ok - You’re probable not going to brag to family and friends about a great deal you found at Jomashop
The Negative -
1 - You better be sure you want to keep what you buy from them, because they bend you over if you want to return an item.
2 - Shipping is soooooooo slow!!! You can place an order on Sunday and it will not be processed and shipped out till Friday. If you want something, don’t expect it to arrive in under a week. Give it at least 10 - 14 days before it shows up at your house.

GO WITH JOMASHOP VS OLFACTORYFCTORY LLC !!!
Recently placed an order for a tester with no cap , and what arrived was a full bottle that was broken / decapiated and completly empty. They are blaming UPS for the damage claiming it was shipping related and will not REPLACE it because i did not buy shipping protection. UPS stated that if a bottle is leaking / the box is soaked through they will not deliver the package. I beleive they purposely sent a damaged product knowing that because I did not have the coverage I would be stuck with no recourse. They of course deny this but the package was not damaged in any way and I find it hard to beleive that IF in fact UPS caused the damage , the box would arrive in such good condition. I have spent thousands with OFLLC and they would not do anything to make this situation right. I read another review on here and someone else stated the same thing. They only reply when you post positive feedback, you can never get a live rep of the phone and they have no sense of customer service or loyalty. I would advise anyone who buys fragrances to use Jomashop or any other seller unless you can afford to lose $130 . This was enough for me to never do business with them again.
