The most unsatisfied customer on the planet right here. I wish I could give them a -5000 star review. Not only did this watch arrive defective with the screw down out , they have offered me no viable options other than paying them a bunch of money to get it fixed.
To boot , ive been treated like absolute garbage throughout this whole process.
I feel like I’ve been set up for failure and duped into getting a watch that I now have to keep spending money on all because I was a sucker and wanted to go to Jomashop. Never again, but I’m still gonna be dealing with this fresh hell for months, if not years now. Thank you for irreparably marring my life and making it exceptionally more miserable jomashop.

This company is the real deal and top tier customer service!
This company is selling genuine product with great delivery times. Prices are amazing if you do your homework, and hats off the to customer service I got impatient with my order (knowing I would have to wait an uncertain period of time) and I decided to upgrade to another watch and went through the customer service portal. It was incredibly fast and pleasant experience correcting my own mistake. I will buy from this company for the rest of my life.

It looks like I’ve been charged twice for the same item. That or two transactions went through. My bank shows one was Jomashop.com and the other was Jomashop inc.
And I didn’t get ONE receipt.
