Ate at the Tavern at the Mill, Thornton, lancashire this evening. Never again! We both had an all day breakfast which took 45 minutes to arrive, bacon fatty, sausage burnt, eggs with uncooked white, black pudding was cold, chips like cardboard. Disgusting. Never again, never!

Waiting for my 2nd order...
I'm waiting for my 2nd order from this Company made on 3/12/21. They told me, after an email enquiry, on the 14th that it had been dispatched. As I write its the 23rd and still no sign of arrival....late Xmas presents then?....and no answer to my latest request for an update!!
My last order got 'lost' but was eventually delivered. Very disappointing and poor, if any communication.

Top quality service & products
At very short notice I needed to purchase some gifts, i contacted the sales team who assisted with relevant online codes. Ordering was simple & free delivery was a nice bonus. Hope my friends & colleagues enjoy their tipple when they arrive as I have with my previous orders from them.

Online beer shop. Very poor service.
Following on from an offer on Insta I ordered a couple of cases. The offer of free delivery that tempted me wasn't added and delivery was added after I'd submitted payment details ! Emailed support to explain, they said they would cancel the order and I could submit again. They didn't, it arrived anyway.
No response to two further emails about this incident.
Very poor Customer Service, I won't be ordering again.

We visited the Halfway house today .I think more could have been done to protect customers.
Firstly the greeter did not offer us the most isolated seat secondary the waiter service was served directly to the table. People were passing to close to our seats.
Tables were 2 meters apart but chairs were not.
The floor manager? Did not have an understanding of any problems.

Black dog belmont
Just had a lovely pre booked meal at the Black dog in Belmont Bolton to celebrate a 30th and 85th birthday, meals for 27 guests and it was excellent. Dave the manager is very attentive and friendly, I would recommend this pub for any occasion. I also go in the week and can take my dog and is very welcomeing. I would like the 241 menu back also.Tracey
