It has been almost 2 months since I ordered from This website and I still haven't received my order, I have contacted them 3 weeks ago and they responded with that it is being shipping. 3 weeks later, still nothing. This is probably a scam.

I'd already bought my partner and original man united top but it was to big. So thought id try this company/shop/warehouse. N order one size down. Waited nearly 2 weeks for the item. Once recieved my partner tried it on and it was more like a large. So I emailed them several time. The last one came through this morning saying my fault I ordered wrong size. So very rude on email.nothing as in "I'm so sorry how can we help" attitude. I can send it back as they have given me address and a wattsapp number but it won't connect on my phone but itl cost me to send bk to China. I wish 8d read the reviews before buying. This site should be taken down as to many people have lost money over their products!

Please do not buy from this website I ordered 5 shirts as birthday gift and it took 2 months and it got sent to the wrong location I tried to contact customer service but I got completely ignored and lost all my money as well the company forgetting about my order, I had to email them to remind them of why it was taking so long and it turn out they didn’t see my order

I have ordered 2 kits from joyfball.com, however i have received emails confirming that my order was shipped around 1 week ago, however it still says it is in transit. I will follow with a further response to let you know what happened.

Terrible Experience with their customer service. Please beware of this company. I ordered two XL jersy from their website. The order arrived on time but the sizing was terrible. I usually wear XL in jersey I order from adidas or Nike. But the jersey I ordered from these fits like medium even though it says XL on their website. Try to contact their customer service to see if they exchange for me, the representative was very rude from the tone of his email to me. Also to ship the item back to China would cost me almost the same amount I paid for it. Both jersey are now wasted as I will have to donate them. I took a gamble with this scam website but it did not pay off! Lesson learned, I will order from reputable official licence brands such as adidas, Nike, puma etc.

I ordered two custom manchester united jersey, one for my newly born daughter that had her name and year of birth on it. After waiting a month, I received the package but instead I received a bunch of stickers. The delivery was definitely from them as it had the matching tracking number. I emailed and tried to explain there was an error but they just said I was a scammer and refused to resolve the issue, despite me sending over 10 images to prove. I believe this company is a scam and do not recommend anyone to risk it like I did.

I have just ordered 4 shirts from a website that is named joyfball.info. Then i find out that the original website is really joyfball.com. Now I am concerned i got scammed since i never received any confirmation email for the order. ALSO the contact information for WhatsApp on both websites which are identical both do not exist.

It was really good quality and looked authentic to the original jersey. I was unsure of the quality at first but after buying i can trult recommend this product to everyone, althoug you should keep in mind that the size information is not true. Buy the size that you always wear insted of going after their list.

Good quality and arrived in time but the sizes were completely of. Would reccomend to buy a size or two smaller then normal

I ordered 4 jerseys like a month and a halv ago and still haven't received it. When I ask them if I can get a refund they just tell me that if the address is incorrect I can't but its not. 120$ straight down the drain

I orderd 10 minutes ago 2 Mistery Jerseys and I findet get an Order confermation but I orderd like 4 months ago the last time and evrithing arrived the only Problem now is that I dindnt get an Ordrr confermation

Shipped in 5 days delivered in 10 tracking was good customer service was good and the shirts just came 10 minutes ago the quality is great highly recommend and just to clarify I'm not a bot.

Hello , i bought from joyfball 1 months and 1 weeks ago , by this time i never received any information of my jerseys or any thing of it , when i contact support they always respond at 7 am in my country and dissapear.

Even tho i think its not a scam i never received mine and i want a refund or a coupons to buy 2 other one

My son ordered using all his birthday money, nearly £100. The delivery failed for some reason and the parcel is now on its way back to the sender with no way of us recalling. One very upset boy.

The two shirts ended up coming, but the stitching on one of them doesn’t look anything close to the images shown on the website. The shirts are not too bad in quality, especially for the price, but it breaks down quickly. The shipping also took over a month and the customer service was very confusing to follow. I probably won’t buy from here again.

Hi. So I ordered new everton shirt on July 25th. It came today. 3 and half weeks. Tracking was good they kept you updated.
Shirt quality and size Is very good. Bought XL which it is.
Only problem is the club badge and castore badge are wonky. Not straight. But for the price I am pleased and would order again 👍
