So im writing this review as of like January 9th ive been waiting on my doll to ship i ordered it on nov 23 and have asked after like 3 weeks when will it ship they told me the week after a week goes by then they say next week nothing then i ask again no response so for a 2200$ doll idk

EDIT: so i got now 2 months prior to when ordered overall im pretty happy with the product and the items etc. im giving it 4 stars cause the doll actually exceeded my expectations

Let's just say that my expectations were much higher than the result. It's my first doll so I was charmed by the false representation and the excellent commentaries.
Rebeca is still a beautiful doll, but to say that she looks the same as in the photos is absurd, even with the realistic body makeup. Looking at her face, although pretty, I can't recognize her. Her measurements aren't very realistic, and I also find her mouth a bit miniaturized. I'm not sure there's really gel in her breasts. I've got a lot more to say, but the bottom line is there. She's still got positives and I'm going to try to look at her that way. I had a good communication service, and I received in the box several very appreciated extras, three extra wigs, two removable vaginas and a pair of eyes. I won't hide the fact that I was disappointed all the same, in my opinion there's a lot of work to be done before there's any real semblance of realism.

Doll definitely has weight and takes some time to learn how to adjust the joints.

The initial steps to ordering my desired doll were ok. I couldn’t get to see all of the dolls and I had to go back and forth to get the dolls to load on the website. For some reason the site can be difficult to navigate once you really start getting into what you are looking to order.

Thankfully I was able to find a doll I like it just took lot of work to do it. When I tried to check out ,I had to load the check out page in different browsers, and via desk top, and via browser apps but I was eventually able to pay. I remember hitting the checkout button multiple times and not getting any response. Like I said it took traveling to different browsers, and making an account to save my carted items and reloading different pages multiple times.

Once I checked out I did get an immediate response via email regarding the details of my order. I got multiple emails actually giving me a step by step on what to expect. It was nerve racking at first because this is my first time buying a doll and I have heard and seen so many things about scams and untrustworthy sites. The Comunication helped calm my nerves a lot, this company does not answer the phone but they do get back to emails pretty well. Those emails look professional and the words are warm and calming.

Anyways I just got an email about 2 mins ago saying that my doll is on the way.I have waited a full month for this email now I will probably have to wait 3 days for delivery. I will be back for another rating once I get the doll.

If I get the doll I ordered for the price I paid I will be a happy customer. The site offered great looking holiday discounts I just hope it’s not a scam or a rip off. I did order the doll just before Christmas so I would imagine the holiday could have made things stressful but I don’t know. I ordered on the 10th of December 2024 and I’m getting an email about delivery on the 6th of January 2025. More to come once I get the doll Happy New Year!

Update:

The doll was delivered to my company and stored away on January 2nd 2025. No one from the office was aware that I had not been notified. I received information via email from JLD on January 6th 2025 that said my package had shipped on December 27th 2024.

I had to search the office and I found a doll. The doll in the box does not look like the doll in the picture. I don’t know if that’s because of the discount on the website or not but I have emailed JLD. I am waiting to see what they say, I don’t mind paying more money for what is in the picture but what I received does NOT look good😕😟😷. More to come………

The company emailed me offering $200 and extra parts.I did not accept spare parts like an extra head, or a wig, or paint and makeup. I don’t want the doll either I am looking to sell the unused doll at the moment.

Website was well designed, pictures are great, nice selection. Agents are offline, they don't seem to respond quickly compared to other sites. Promotions are misleading. I was offered 10% off with no obvious way to redeem. I received a 50$ coupon code that didn't work for any order I tried. The points system seemed pretty generous after buying a doll but I never got free shipping at checkout when the site said I qualified for it

Products on store page seem good so I decided to get one, but I’ve waited around two weeks and am still waiting.

Timeframe from ordering to delivery was almost double what was claimed on the site. I asked for updates after getting no messages after about 2 weeks. The reply i got said they would check with the factory. I didn't get another update until I sent a new message to customer service 6 days later. The communication from the company is poor and the timeframe from order to delivery is considerably longer than the site claims.
Update: JLD did send a reply on the 18th like they said in the reply. But that reply was to the inquiry I made on the 12th. I followed up with another message on the 16th and finally got an update on the 18th. And the update on the 18th was only after I sent a completely new customer service request on the 17th. So almost a full week to get an update. And I needed to prod them multiple times to get any information at all.
So I’m dropping the review to 1 star because of the omission of timeframes in the reply that misrepresents the real timeframe.

I think it was a combination of the models as well as the sizes being more life like.

The customizations just made it tbat much easier to choose.

Lots of cool ways to personalize the dolls! Wide selection too, I didn't realize at first that this site was a hub for other doll vendors to distribute to which is pretty cool. I didn't receive any info about my tracking until I reached out to Rachelle who helped me out by being the middle man btwn me and WM dolls. She was a super amount of help and quick to answer questions! Reading the descriptions is important when choosing the dolls tho, bc if you just base things off the pics, you are gonna be disappointed so take things with a grain of salt. Not everything is going to look identical to the internet representation lol. I give this site a 5/5 mostly for the ease of navigating the site, awesome prices (especially the holiday deals), ability to personalize in detail without having to go to the parent site of the specific doll, and the communication with the team!

Ordered over a month ago, i messaged customer service and heard nothing. They may run off with your money

Placed an order 3 weeks ago for a custom doll. no updates, no communication. They said a week ago they would check on the status and have not replied to any emails since.

Ripped off. Price way too expensive even after the discount. I will never buy from JLD again. I will also make sure that everyone knows JLD's prices are extreme.

The doll was sent unfinished and wrong for what I ordered. Did not include body makeup or body freckles and the toenails were painted the wrong color. I also didn't receive the teeth set or the tpe repair items and glue that I paid for as well. I tried emailing multiple times and still no response. Plus I gave a decent tip at checkout! This is poor service for what I paid for. The doll is fine even with the mistakes but at least give me for what I paid for. I don't reccommend anyone getting the breathing addon, its just annoying. I should of got the heating addon instead because these tpe dolls get very very cold. Wish I knew that. So yeah, all in all a very bad experience for me after spending $2,900 on a customized doll. Crazy.
