Easy to order. Great quality plants. Very well packaged plants that arrived in good time and great condition. Great selection to choose from at competitive prices. Look forward to purchasing more plants in the spring. Thank you.

Good dealings, plants were getting a little damaged as box ridiculously long and mildew or similar looking. I'd say sun and time that will sort itself. Could have been in a smaller box instead of plants having a stick propping them apart, such a long slender box no need. Plants well cared for they were established moist and quite alive ! Came quicker than approx scale through Evri I think.

Always an enjoyable and pleasant experience visiting Parkers in Flixton.
The café is a highlight we enjoy every time we go; although it would be nice to be able to tailor the breakfast to one’s particular preferences.
The staff are always very professional friendly and helpful.

I won't use Parkers again after this first experience.
I ordered a bare rooted Arthur Bell shrub rose in April. It grew after a few weeks, but kept growing. It obviously wan't a shrub rose, and was presumably a climbing rose, and so was in entirely the wrong place in my garden. I complained, and was told a replacement shrub rose would be sent out at the end of November. I asked if they could not just put their mistake right and send me a potted rose immediately, so that I could enjoy it. No, was the answer.
The rose carried on growing all summer, extremely vigorously, making me think it's not a climbing rose, but possibly a rambling rose. What's more, when the flowers came, they weren't Arthur Bell roses! Using Plant.net and AI, the best either of them could come up with was that it was a 'yellow rose'.
I complained again, and pointed out that I was going to have to now pay someone to dig up this rampant, alien rose and felt that some further sort of compensation was due. They answered that all I could have was a refund or a replacement.
It's going to end up being a very expensive mistake, and meanwhile this rose is just getting bigger.
I shan't buy from them again - they're clearly get their plants in a muddle, their customer service staff are blunt and slightly rude, and their policies need amending.

I ordered dwarf lilies, 5 white, 5 yellow and 5 pink.
Planted in 3 identical containers , at same depth with same compost.
4 yellow flowered, 3 white and 1 pink.
The pink was certainly a dwarf - it was only a few inches high.

Time & time again, plants from Parkers fail to live up to expectations. I stopped using the company for a good few years and recently bought a couple of plants, thinking that they might just have got the idea that their product is lacking.
Sadly not, the 'garden ready' plants that I bough earlier this year are still struggling to put any growth on and some of the drought tolerant plants have already failed despite repeated watering.
It's simply not worth bothering with this company any more.

Purchased geraniums, gladioli and Lillie’s in February. Wow they are awesome. I didn’t leave a review until they had flowered. Planted in spring and this summer the flowers were amazing. I’m not one for growing flowers but wanted a bit of colour in my garden and didn’t disappoint. Definitely buy again from j Parker’s.

I ordered a few types of hydrangeas, arrived almost 3 weeks late, one plant is dead and the brances are dry and very thing and break so easily, and the others barely have any green leaves, not a single flower as it is advertised. Very poor quality, never seen anything like that, i payed for so much money on dead plants. Oh and two pots with hydrangeas are said to be delivered from mid august. I sent them an email and pics with the poor quality of the plants and asked for a refund or to be replaced with live plants, but i got no answer yet.
In the past i used to order loads of plug plants in trays cherry trees and they were good quality, but this order is an absolute joke. I wish i could upload the pics of the dead plants.

I ordered plants for my rockery and they were delivered earlier than I expected which was great. Plants arrived as plugs and they are thriving in my garden. Lovely healthy plants which were packaged excellently. I've just bought more plants for my my border as i am so pleased with the quality of them.

I ordered a Daphne last year and thought the leaves were a bit yellow sent a photo and they sent another one to me very little root ball. This year they are both dying despite minding them well. Sent several e mails to Aisling and to the company no response . The leaves did not resemble the photo of plant.

I have used J Parkers a lot in the past, primarily because they are convenient and have a wide range from which to choose. The plug plants I have received in the past have always been a bit hit and miss with a loss rate of about 25-30% but...again...convenience is key as I work 6 days a week. Because of the mixed quality of their plugs, I ordered 9cm pots this time...fuschias, hoping to plant out this summer. I received 9 withered, yellow leaved, dessiccated plants that have not responded to watering and feeding. Consequently I contacted customer support via a chat bot providing photographic evidence and requesting a refund. I am taken aback by the email received from customer support earlier. Apparently it is entirely normal for plants to have yellow leaves and I should wait until spring to see if they will bounce back. This is not premature leaf drop, these plants are in extremely poor condition and are unacceptable. Despite providing photographs, J Parker clearly do not believe me and I will have to send them back to receive a refund....tricky as I recycled the packaging assuming they woukd bounce back. Still, the email referred me to J Parker's terms and conditions. No problem, as a refund has been refused, despite the unacceptable condition of the product, I will not use J Parkers again and will advise my allotment and gardening friends to do the same.

A good range, good value and generally decent quality for the money.
I've ordered a lot from JParkers. There has been a small number of dead or weary plants, but while not the best quality, it's good enough given the price.
The website is easy to use, customer service is sensible and I've never had anything missing.
Only problem is they are slow to despatch. But they are up front about this with their predicted delivery times - usually.
