Replacement plants as a gift for my niece, after her house move. Wanted her to have same plants to remind of her favourites in her former home. Plants arrived in perfect condition, well grown and luxuriant. I was a little worried receiving them during a dreadful heatwave, but judicious watering and potting on get them in perfect condition. She is thrilled and has the perfect position for them.

I paid a lot of money for HYDRANGEAs on their website . Claiming to be J.Parkers Ireland . What I ordered and what I recieced squashed Into two boxes were unhealthy wrong coloured plants leaves black spots instead of healthy green . Ive seen better quality plants in ALDI &LIDL and thats daying alot . Dont buy from them .

Great service, plants are in stock, competitive prices, refunds given in the event of failure. Only gripe is the courier, who holds onto the plants too long despite "live plants" is written everywhere,

I ordered their 4 pack bare root orchard set it came and I planted as per recommendations for each tree.
The Apple James Grieves and the conference pear tree are growing real well and have nearly doubled in size.
But the cherry Stella and Victoria Plum never broke dormancy I suspect they were dead on arrival. Today did the scratch tests the break test n then pulled them both dead out the ground. I emailed the photos with tags and have ordered 2 more as free replacements that will be hopefully arriving late November early December. So they will be in their dormancy n hopefully 🤞 fingers crossed these break dormancy this time. I understand these things happen and if they are true to their word think I’ll be ordering more from these as the 2 trees I have growing are really growing well to the extent I’ll get a small harvest off each next year👍🏻

Unfortunately some of my plants dahlias and other bulbs have failed to grow

Healthy plants, a lot smaller than I expected and no flowers as per brochure, Hydrangea's should be in flower at the moment, so not great value for money

I placed a large order in spring with a delivery date of max 21 days!!!

I called after two months as I hadn't received anything, no apology just told you were busy and basically tough!

After 3month I had - in dribs and drabs -3/4s of the order.

After 4 months I called to asked what was happening to the last 2 items, I was told that they couldn't be fulfilled and I could have a refund.

My question is if I hadn't have called would you have given me the refund?

I can answer this for you - I ordered in autumn a huge bulb order and there was a pack of 50/60 white narcicuss missing and I have NOT been refunded.

It is therefore not a surprise to you that I would never recommend your company to anyone and I will NEVER use you again.

My original order was never rec'd!
After 6 months I queried whether the plants were ready to be despatched and was informed they had been sent out with others in July 2025. I assumed they would follow in due course.
After 6 months a member of staff advisedthey would reorder the 2 Gardenias which arrived promptly as usual, It is now July 2026 and both plants have flourished and are blooming! Well done all of you.

Most plants i have ordered have done well. I did order some Hameln grasses which looked dodgey upon receipt. I potted them up. Two did nothing and the third is disappointing with only a few leaves. I should have complained but wanted to give them a chance, probably too late now.

Excellent delivery time. Some one who delivers when promised.
Good quality item

I ordered 2 Daphne, 1 white, 1 pink. When they both flowered they were both white, when I reported this I was very fairly sent a replacement pink one. Guess what, that one was white also. I cannot be bothered to tell Parkers but I suppose I got 3 for the price of 2 but I still want a pink one!!

Bought 3 bare root peace roses in march. The good news is all have been very vigorous and grown well. The colour is supposed to be pink and lemon combined. I have one pink one (no yellow) and one yellow (no pink) The other is yet to flower So don’t buy if you have a colour scheme plannned

most things i have bought from j parkers is perfect bar for coluers they are never what i ordered other than that cannot fault them/
