Items not available and therefore shouldn,t have been advertised as for sale

THIS ORDER IS OVER 12 MONTHS OLD 17/5/2025 AND I'VE JUST BEEN ASKED TO REVIEW!! The calendar at the end doesn't go that far back!!
Antirrhinum Liberty F1 Mix (Garden Ready) OK still have some.
Gazania Super Colour Mixed (Garden Ready) still have a few but bit disappointing.
Coleus Premium Mixed ok but only an annual. Alstroemeria Mixed very poor one out of three no root system, got a refund if I remember correctly.
I will not be buying on line again. I'll support my local suppliers as I can buy bigger stronger plants and see what I am getting.

Delivered well packed. Plant healthy and in flower. I have ordered plants from Parkers before and they are always reliable.

The plants all arrived in good time and were all well packed and ready to be moved on.
The quality was excellent.
Unfortunately, the burning sun and torrential rain were a bit too much for some plants, and we ended up with some weird things mixed up as I replaced one with another, but the final display was lovely.

As someone who has been buying from you for over 20 years this particular order was disappointing. The potentilla although displayed as mixed colours, was only pink. Although the blue scabious was excellent, the pink only produced one flower out of 3 plants, and although it should be a perennial did not grow the following year.

Received the plants in great condition, well wrapped

Part of my order arrived when expected. Unfortunately the courier Evri had thrown my parcel about so much, carefully packed plants arrived battered and bruised and inspite of TLC many died. Parkers refunded me. The last part of my order was overdue and then I received an email to say Parkers couldn't fulfill my order and they were refunding me. Yes I had my money back but that didn't fill the gap in my planting! I was very disappointed.

The order came very quickly and was well packed. The plants were very big and went straight into the garden.

I purchase plugs every year from yourselves and usually they arrive pretty much intact and ready to go but this year I was slightly disappointed as only about a third of the plants had survived the journey to me , very dry and unusable and some dead I'm sorry to say . I took them out of the packet straight away and planted as I do every year and usually they have filled the baskets within 2 weeks. I hope this will not happen again as I've always been impressed by the service and quality I've had from you in the past .

Petunias were supposed to be the same colour but turned out mixed. Delphiniums were of poor quality and very small plants. Tidal wave plants excellent and reliable.

Plants this year were not well packaged. Arrived damaged, broken, soil everywhere. Very disappointed.

the lady which served me at the till.this was after we had good service at our lunch in store. her manner wasn't nice at all.also I had to ask for a bag for my item as she just gave it to me with out.and she was borderline on being rude

This is mainly a review of a review request. I was asked to review my order today, although the order was over a year old. After taking the time to respond, TP told me it was too long ago! So I have reviewed the process too and given it today's date.

The ordering was fine, but delivery went badly wrong. A long delay over a hot spell didn't help, and when the trees arrived they had been bent and broken.
I think I got a refund, but it was a year ago.

The plants I ordered were packed really badly and 49% of them did not survive 6 months

Fantastic service and customer care is so important to me when i purchase my product's. Would give you more stars if i could J parkers 😊

The plants were well pack and arrived in good condition. Despite carefully nurturing the plugs the extreme heat this summer and despite the watering, has led to the death of several plants.

I feel the need to let people know how disgraceful this garden plant company is, I ordered just over two weeks ago close to 34.00 pounds worth of plants for my elderly parents for their garden was billed for the full five plants only one showed up contacted them yesterday and I have to say as being formerly a gardener to trade and also worked in a garden nursery in my early teens the attitude is abysmal plants were stated as in stock now they're trying to attempt to pull the wool over my eyes with weak tepid excuses what they have actually done is fraud if I don't receive the remaining purchases within five days I am bringing the fraud squad into the equation folks avoid this two bit joke of a company at all costs

Always a good service but we can’t remember what our last purchase was.

My plants were securely wrapped when delivered. Excellent condition as always.
