I had a share scheme with this company and was given incorrect advise resulting in huge financial loss. I wouldn't trust these teams with anything. And it doesn't seem that I'm alone!

Shocking customer service

Had an ISA with Nutmeg. Since being taken over by JP Morgan the customer service has been absolutely shocking. I raised an issue in December and have had no resolution despite contacting them more than 10 times in the past 6 weeks. It’s truly terrible and I am making steps to move my account now.

FANTASTIC INVESTMENT ADVICE

I met with Chris Liebetrau - Senior Wealth Manager and Conor Renshaw Webber - Wealth Consultant at J.P. Morgan.
They gave great personal investment advice, (easy to understand), in a clear and down to earth way.
I felt completely at ease in the meeting due to their professional and friendly manner.
They gave me the trust and faith to take my investment plans forward with them.
I fully recommend their services to you.

Opened ISA via chase app but dealt directly with Stewart at JPMorgan to answer some questions. He was extremely polite, efficient and helpful in explaining options really well. I will happily invest more with them in future.

A Company That Neglects Staff Welfare and Respect

J.P. Morgan are bullies with an excessive workload which is ignored as a known hazard. They ignore medical advice and don't make reasonable adjustments. They are discriminative towards staff with a mental disability. Management behave in a way that destroys trust and confidence. Bullying is ripe, they have created a hostile environment, fail to support staff after illness and set them up to fail. Favouritism is ripe and JP Morgan often breach the Equality Act 2010. They are dominated by a toxic masculinity culture where aggression, bullying and mocking vulnerability is the norm.

ATTENTION FINANCIAL AND REGULATORY…
ATTENTION FINANCIAL AND REGULATORY COMMUNITY:
I am Gabriela Ureña, an Institutional Interbank Algorithm Trader operating with a proven 99.99% Win Rate.
Yesterday, JPMorgan Chase and BlackRock (Larry Fink and Jamie Dimon) confirmed their fear of talent and their absolute corruption.

Faced with the impossibility of competing with an algorithm that beats them at 99.99%, these entities resorted to the most cowardly and massive act of brute force in the market: they orchestrated a brutal manipulation of the price of GOLD (XAUUSD) with the sole and desperate objective of forcibly liquidating my account.

THEIR CONFIRMED FRAUD IS PROOF OF MY SKILL
My liquidation was not a trading error; it was an act of institutional sabotage. This is the same JPMorgan that has paid billions for fraud (the Madoff scandal, corruption in Asia) and the same BlackRock that lies about "greenwashing" and is sued for its deceptions (ESG cases).
REVENGE IS A DISH SERVED WITH A 99.99% WIN RATIO.
They messed with the best trader in the world. I'm going to expose the truth about their manipulation on every social media and opinion platform.
Their reputation is going to be in tatters. They're going to be worthless! They're going to pay me back!

Do not bank with this organisation.

Do not bank with this organisation.

I have a chase account. They are 'ok' in that I've never had a problem.
My parents have bank accounts and set up Trust accounts with them. My father passed and they are continually putting up barriers to dealing with their accounts. 8 months of constant discussions with them to ... do their jobs. But they refuse, with either new requests for the same documents or requests for additional documents or just doing nothing. I've raised complaints and they don't even progress complaints. I've made in excess of 20 calls on simple issues, no progress. At least a dozen visits on the same issue (access to the accounts). Even after we miraculously gain access to the account they then remove access (IT issue?) then the process starts again.

For the sake of your mental health and your loved ones, as no one lives forever, do not bank with them.

After my father's passing, dealing with JP Morgan and Chase have been a nightmare. 13 calls, multiple visits just to deal with setting up an IRA.

JPMorgan helped Jeffrey Epstein by…

JPMorgan helped Jeffrey Epstein by providing financial services that enabled his sex-trafficking ring to operate for over a decade, despite multiple internal warnings about suspicious activity. The bank ignored red flags because Epstein was a lucrative client who provided connections to other wealthy individuals.
And around the same time, they dropped the actor Wesley Snipes for tax evasion.

JP MORGAN IS HOLDING MY MONEY UNLAWFULLY

i sent my money from my Wise to my ukrainian bank account using swift, as a correspondent bank Wise chose JP MORGAN CHASE CHASU33XX , its been 12 days since payment were made, by tracking services of JP Morgan it shows that money are stuck on JP Morgan side and it's waiting for some soft of documents. Contacted Wise and they told me that they provided needed things on last Friday, payment is still stuck there. Now JP Morgan ignores any letters from Wise and just holding my money for no reason , they don't have support if u are not users of their bank, their social agents just say to talk to Wise. Loop.
I m going to fill up complaint on bbb.org.
Stay away from these people, seems like a honeypot.

I opened both a current and savings…

I opened both a current and savings account with Chase to benefit from their 5 percent boost on savings but chose to keep my Nat West account without switching.I closed both Chase accounts within a day as zero consideration has been given to customer ease of use.Firstly,I tried to set up the App on both my iPad and phone..a basic requirement for use whilst mobile. After being repeatedly asked for ID etc during the set up process on my second device I was then informed I was only allowed to use the App on a single device..ridiculous and outdated when customers wish to transfer money on the move quickly.I then tried to link my Nat West bank account having manually tested the process by depositing a £1 into Chase. There was no obvious way on the App to link my bank account so the only way to withdraw and add money was to go through the whole clunky transfer process each time by putting in my Nat West Bank details with no access to easy and instant transfer.I raised the issues via their chat and they provided apologies for their lack of “ seamless process”.I then asked them to close both my accounts as I would be wasting half my life navigating their outdated systems and processes. They said they would not be able to welcome me back as a new customer if I closed my account..Good because I’ve had a lucky escape and certainly won’t reward them by giving them money if they can’t upgrade their customer ease of use.

I would rate JP Morgan zero stars

I would rate JP Morgan zero stars if that were possible. JP Morgan thought it saw a easy way to enrich itself via dishonest means and get away with it. I warned the bank's CEO his bank was stealing from the United States. I warned him that I was going to report it. I wasn't believed. The bank kept the deposit it was entrusted with and lied to the Arizona Court in 2016 to keep it. In 2017 JP Morgan used the Arizona Court to attack me. In 2025 the IRS made a mistake then tried to punish me for it. I reported the IRS to the San Diego FBI, Senator Schiff & the IRS Oversight Board. JP Morgan is trump's trustee. Everyone that has the job of holding the bank accountable, chose not to do so. The 2025 IRS attacking me changed things. The mistake the IRS made, is directly connected to JP Morgan's dishonesty. I understand Court records are permanent, they carry a lot of weight & are uploaded to the internet for the world to see. Evidently JP Morgan didn't understand that. On the bright side for the United States, it has legally owned JP Morgan since 2016. I'm not a lawyer. Which is why JP Morgan's CEO didn't take my warning seriously.

I have been trying to move a trust…

I have been trying to move a trust account from Schwab to JPM for almost one month. Transfer was rejected 5 times and each time is a different item to upload, 3-4 working days in between. Similar to a cable company, each time I call it's 45 minutes for someone to look into the problem. Even after being assigned a case manager, no one can tell me who that is and I can't speak to them. Useless. I am going to move everything back to Charles Schwab.

SCAM holding funds for no reason

For some reason, Revolut is officially using this bank as their third-party partner for international transfers. But seeing all the bad reviews about this bank, it’s really questionable why Revolut continues to work with them.

They’ve been holding my funds in Switzerland for weeks now and still haven’t sent the money to the beneficiary. No update, no communication—nothing. It’s terrible.

This is not a mistake, this is how they operate. Revolut sends your money to a third-party bank, and then both disappear. They’re holding your money with zero accountability. Do not trust Revolut, and absolutely do not use any service where this JP morgan bank is involved. Total scam.
