Used this opticians online, was dubious at first to use such a service as prefer in person but I must say it was first class.
I had no problems with what I ordered and they arrived just as expected and great qaulity, im very happy and would recommend them going forwards.

Glasses arrived in good time, exactly to order. The pair I chose were less than half the price of the high street, and had colour options not available on the high street. Please don’t have any hesitation about using JP Opticians, I have recommended them to friends already.

I have been using a different opticians for years but decided I needed a change. JD are pricier than I would like but you sure get great service. The optometrist DARSH is not only a polite, well spoken young man but he gave me so much valuable information - and even did a test to prove to me that the information he gave me was correct! Then I believe it was DECLAN that helped with my choice of frames, and he also told me things about my lenses that I never knew - even how he could help me save a few ££s! If this is how caring they are with their customers all the time then I will certainly keep going back, our sight is valuable and we need to take care of it so I am prepared to pay that bit extra. Thank you all at JD!

Have used J.P. Opticians multiple times - for normal sunglasses and presciption glasses and found them excellent every time. Very reasonable, communicate well and no issues!

I’ve used this company several times and have to say they are fantastic. Customer service is excellent and goes above and beyond and they respond quickly to enquiries. They refunded me immediately when an item was discontinued but contacted me a few weeks later to say they’d acquired a similar frame in a different colour and asked if I’d be interested. I replied ‘yes please’ and they’ve been delivered this morning, just 3 days later, which is exceptional and in stark contrast to 2 other companies I’ve used when I’ve had to wait 6-8 weeks. They also honoured the discount offered with my original order, so whenever possible in future, this is the company I will be using. First Class!

I bought my daughter a pair of Gucci sunglasses and they arrived within 2 days (in time for her birthday), even though a 7-10 day delivery was estimated! Excellent service and my daughter LOVED the glasses!!

The whole ordering process was so straightforward including adding my prescription. Absolute bargain for such high end designer eyewear. Will definitely be ordering some sunglasses here next. Delivery was super quick too! :)

Bought frames only online from jp opticians. Tom ford's at a very good price. If I'd bought the same frames from the states I'd have paid over three times what I paid jp. Staff via emails were very nice cordial and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again.

The frames were great value and less expensive than elsewhere. I am very pleased with the quality of the lenses. I would come back when I next need an update.

I have been buying designer prescription glasses from JP Opticians for years and all I can say is don't look any further... great range, super quality, great prices and offers and the team at JP are so helpful and friendly. Just great.
