Being completely honest, I didn’t have the experience I expected. The shoes I ordered were taking much longer than I had hoped. I’m glad their customer service is very responsive though; they were able to help me out. I ended up getting my issue fixed and were able to compensate me accordingly.

Ordered a pair of Jordan 1 trophy room low. Ended up delayed but got in contact with their team. Very helpful and on top of concern. Order is now updated and on the way. Appreciate everything they’ve done and patience. They have the best lineup for rare kicks. Definitely recommend

Even though my shoes have come a lot later than intended the customer service is beyond excellent they are great if you want any new shoe that is sold out immediately do to boys or back doors great site

This company is solid,I ordered two pairs but was only able to receive one do to shipping complications,so they refunded me and compensated me for the inconvenience.

Ordered some shoes from drop week and they didn’t came, but on the other side, Julez supply assistance team was very helpful and every thing ended up well, I got refunded and rewarded. It’s an enterprise that is in development but is doing a great job and what they can do to make the world of sneakers a world available to all.

This company lures customers with a $12 membership (per week) promising access to shoes at retail prices but it’s misleading. You cannot cancel the membership, and they keep charging fees. Refunds are limited and no orders go unfulfilled.

SCAM DETECTED!
This company is a complete scam. They bribe you with the fact that for 12 dollars you buy a membership with them and once a week you can buy hot new shoes at retail prices. In reality, I think they work on a pyramid model, they take money from you to fulfill obligations to other customers. You can not cancel the membership yourself and every month it will be deducted from your account. They will say that you can cancel it yourself at any time, but this is a complete scam, there is no such option in the interface of their site. They fool you every time you ask for an upgrade. They say that they can only make a refund for one transaction per week. They will make up new stories every time you write to them. You will not receive your order and forget about your money for a while. You can search online for other reviews about them, until they complain about them. Everywhere is the same, the company is a scam. Stay away and remember that there is no free lunch.
They will continue to complain about honest reviews, and clean up comments on Facebook and Instagram.

Of weeks, others take a little longer but they arrive... the best thing about the site is that there is an excellent customer service, on whatsapp, this guy always answers always very punctual, kind and very very good!! I had seen a few reviews that were either “these guys are great” or the complete opposite. So I’m hoping my actual experience will help you if you are considering joining their subscription membership to cop sneakers weekly.
Intrigued (and skeptical!), I signed up for a one-week membership to test the waters. Here is how it works: I’m in Atlanta GA so for east coast people, 3:00pm est every Monday they have their drops. (Transparency heads-up- Be very prepared and know what you want as sizes and styles sell out very quickly in real time) However, they give you access to view what is going to drop on the sunday before drop day. This feature for me was a game-changer, allowing me to plan.

On that Monday, 3:00 on the dot, Shoes started selling out fast, (they are listed with dedicated sizes so you need to scroll to your specific size, not just the style) but I managed to snag my coveted pair the first time. (My next 2 purchases I will tell you I was about 5 min late and missed copping what I wanted. BUT here is where I think the value is. They guarantee every member a cop each week. They don’t guarantee the style, but you will never just walk away with an “L” and that is awesome. Checkout was smooth and secure, with email confirmations for purchase and shipment (DHL with tracking!).
I will say that you should be prepared to wait a little longer than typical shipping (at least from what i'm used to) as it took a bit longer to arrive than what i was expecting. So now, I just expect shipping to take a while and when a pair comes early, it’s a bonus. (They have WhatsApp support and consistently community which is also a nice bonus.

Legit and quick the shoes they send are 1000% authentic and their prices are really good

This company is the best. My friend recommended me this page on Instagram and when i see his prices and offers i decided bought one pair of Travis.

Next time, i think i will buy a new pair by paying the membership, it’s something i haven’t seen anywhere yet.
