Best experience

This is the best resale site I have ever seen! The customer service is top, professional and courteous! I invite you to take out the subscription if you want the best pairs. I recommend the site and I will still continue to buy sneakers from julezsupply.

I been subscribing to Julez Supply for about a year already and I can easily say they’re definitely worth the wait! 🙌🏼 I’ve hit on a couple pairs already and it might have taken a while with the shipping but iam located in the US. One of the team members reached out asap and was able to get my order fixed and rolling! People I can not say this enough SUSCRIBE TO JUELZ SUPPY* drops every Monday and it’s all HEAT 😮‍💨 I will definitely keep my subscription and will continue to do business 🤝 with that being said THANK YOU SO MUCH JULEZ SUPPLY 🙏🏻

Julezsupply.com is LEGIT!!!!

I stumbled upon Julezsupply.com through an add from another sneaker company I follow on IG. I checked there website out and noticed they had a monthly membership program for the opportunity to hit on grail pairs for close to retail prices. Knowing the company I follow on IG is legit I immediately signed up!! This was Sunday June2nd. I placed my first order June 3rd and hit on a pair of Travis Scott Canary in a 14w.

As time went on and I was waiting for shipping information and beginning to get a little weary...I decided to reach out via what's app. I received a prompt response from one of the team members (won't mention name). However he was very helpful and attentive to my order. By this time I had already ordered 2 more pairs. One happened to get canceled which I was ok with because I was immediately refunded. Any how this gentleman made it his duty to keep me posted as to where my items were and when they would be shipped. Yesterday was July 31st and I received my first order. I was thrilled I got home from work and immediately ran the shoe through the checkcheck app and it passed authentication. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase!!

Bottom line Julezsupply.com is legit. If you don't mind waiting a little longer for your items it's totally worth it. You will not find authentic shoes at this price anywhere else. I am still currently waiting on 3 pairs to arrive. The longest one is from June 24th but I know in good faith I will receive them!!!

Amazing customer service.

I came across this page very recently and I think I immediately placed an order in the drop week without thinking twice. But mistakenly, I had put the wrong address and freaked out, but what an amazing customer service these guys have, can't stress enough. Had the pleasure connecting with the team who were very prompt and patient listening to queries on text, call and speak very good English, understood the problem well and helped me solve it. They were super responsive and assisted me throughout the days till the shipment which happened yesterday and now I am eagerly waiting for my order to arrive. Hoping it lives upto the expectations that other customers have experienced but full marks in terms of customer service to the team. Very highly recommended. Will definitely come back to cop another pair soon :)

This was one of the better transactions

Best site so far for my experience and they are having drop week hot and limited pair you will cop.
This was one of the better transactions with a dead stock sneaker re-seller.
They have great communication and fast shipping. Love that they have hard to find kicks. They packed my items in a box and it was not damaged delivered . Overall I will order from them again just not as many pairs as I would otherwise.

NOTHING BUT PROMISES BUT NO DELIVERY!!!

These guys are the best. They respond with respect to the many questions I have!! The first time I copped the wrong shoe size for the fam. They responded and solved the issue. Got my first pair of shoes and the second one is underway. For me very trustworthy and great doing business with them!!! Thanks Guy’s. Till next time!!

So, as you can see my first review was a while ago!! since then they kept communicating but never got the other shoes!! they say a lot but making a lot of mistakes and promises, but no delivery!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Initially had a great experience with…

Initially had a great experience with this company. Ordered a total of 4 shoes over the 7 months of being a member. I only recieved 2 out of those 4. For those 2, I did communicate through email for shipping updates and recieved prompt replies. Continued promises that the shoes would be shipped that week or would be arriving that week. Eventually getting a DHL tracking number saying awaiting shipment. The first pair was ordered in November 2023 and arrived March 2024. Which was fine since there was communication. Second order was made some in December 2023 and was recieved April 2024. The last 2 orders have not been recieved. I have communicated with the company and have been promised one pair will be shipped but the other would be compensated because of an inventory issue. Compensation was agreed upon through Instagram messages from March -May 2024. (another pair of shoes for no extra cost and a refund for the order that had the inventory issue). It is now July 2024, the tracking for the pair that was initially ordered still states it is awaiting shipment from the company. And no other refunds have been recieved.
I have given the company one extra star for the initial orders and prompt replies but I have already discontinued payment to my membership and allowed it to cancel on its own. I no longer wish to communicate with this company in any capacity. I recommend anyone working with this company to only buy one pair at a time and to pay attention to their shipping and membership details prior to making any purchase.

I just investigated this on our both behalfs & can confirm, that there might have been indeed some confusion.

Just for clarification purpose we also have to address some concerns in your review, which we see a little bit different.

Your first order in December got delivered in January & the 2nd order, which you are talking about got placed by the end of January and got delivered in March.

Both items were delivered within the stated shipping time.

For the other order you mentioned, there was indeed a shipping issue with DHL.

We have reached out to you regarding this multiple times & provided some solutions, but you haven’t gotten back to us via email or social media even after multiple attempts.

We therefore issued a full refund.

If you do need additional help, please make sure to contact us again & get back to my colleagues.
