Had a minor issue with the boiler. Engineer who was very helpful and knowledgeable was there later the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Danny replaced our boilers a couple of years ago, great and efficient service. JBL serviced them both today, Daz, turned up on time clean and tidy job, both boilers serviced with no fuss. highly recommend

Fantastic response to my call about my broken boiler. I contacted Danny in the morning and in the afternoon Alex arrived and quickly identified the problem. With this diagnosis I was able to call the manufacturer to arrange a very quick warranty repair visit. Thank goodness I followed Danny’s advice three years ago when I replaced my old boiler with a Worcester Bosch. Their warranty response is equally fantastic.

Good communication before the appointment, turned up on time and completed the job and left leaving everything as they found it.

I received a reminder from Danny to say the annual boiler service was due. A suitable date was arranged and I received a confirmation email.
The day before, another email arrived a) as a reminder and b) to tell me the name of the person who would call, a good security point!
09:00 was agreed, he turned up at 09:00, as curtious and friendly as ever. The service was done, he asked if there had been any problems with the system since the last service (none that I couldn't take care of), updated my records and left. The area was as clean and tidy as when he arrived. Thanks.

We have used Julian Bland for quite a few years. Booking an appointment for annual central heating boiler check is easy. The engineer always arrives on time and is efficient, friendly and helpful. All is left clean and tidy. Excellent service with no negatives.

Turned up when they said they would. Did the job quickly and efficiently. Cleared up after themselves and all done at a very reasonable price. We also use Julan Bland to service our central heating boiler and they are always reliable and efficient. I would recommend them highly.

Danny visited us first to assess the job and talk us through several options. Everything was clearly explained, flexible, and very reasonably priced, with the quote covering all required and recommended work and materials.

On the day, Carl and Anthony were brilliant. Professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The boiler replacement was done smoothly, even Tado smart controller wiring sorted properly, and they fixed a valve hidden issue upstairs. The house is warm again and everything works perfectly.

Very happy to pay the invoice and will recommend them everywhere. 10 out of 10.
