Staff at reception were awful
Staff at reception were awful. I was actually sneered at by young girl wearing a hoodrich hoodie when I asked if there was a table near the elephants as its my 7 year old daughter birthday, and elephants were her favourite animal. Seated accross the aisle despite there being an empty table next to the elephants. Table service was ridiculous. 20 minutes after being sat our order were taken and the food came out less than 5 minutes later. Never have I been served food so fast from ordering. DONT ORDER THE RIBS. There is no depth of flavour AT ALL, just sauce covered ribs, quite disappointing. Again another 20 minute wait after finishing for anybody to come and ask if dessert was wanted, we chose to have this elsewhere based on service so far. My daughters Sundae (part of kids meal option) came out and some wait staff along with reception staff came out and sang happy birthday clearly not wanting to do it, one young girl stood side on looking very annoyed. The usual singers were attending elsewhere, we would've been happy to wait for them and enjoyed a better experience had we have been given the option. All in all, Jungle Cave is an amazing concept, its just VERY POORLY STAFFED. Think of Karen Diner less the swearing and you get a jist of the staff attitudes here. Attended Sunday 6th November for 4pm seating. Won't be returning based in staff here
