House sale
I would highly recommend Juno. As executor of my late Mum's estate a stress free process was very much needed. Juno were very proactive and reactive throughout the process with regular updates. 5⭐️

Perfect service
I was recommended Juno as a solicitor as I needed one where I could handle my house purchase remotely. I'll list the best points below;
1. They have a customer portal where you can see every step of the process, what's been completed and what's pending.
2. You can see answers to enquiries, what has been said by both sides.
3. You have a team looking after your case not just one person.
4. Live chat function where you can get responses really quickly.
5. Friendly team who call you regularly.
6. I've not had to chase progress once my team were constantly working on my case.
7. Chased the other sides reluctant solicitor on a regular basis via phone call and email.
8. Liaised with the estate agent and my mortgage advisor on my behalf.
Overall I'd recommend them to anyone. I have no negative comments like most people seem to have of solicitors for house purchases.

My mortgage officer referred me to Juno…
My mortgage officer referred me to Juno and I consider it a very brilliant decision. Juno is very swift and they are very experienced in what they do. They communicated effectively and sorted all I needed for my mortgage in no time. They are always ahead of time and usually the other party are the ones causing any delay. Their fees are very affordable and reasonable. I will recommend Juno anytime and any day.

First Rate Service
The all electronic process that Juno use is fast and conveniant. There is no waiting fro the post to arrive. All of the updates provided both by telephone and via the portal meant that we always knew how far the whole process was progressing. The staff were all very easy to talk to and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend Juno as the way conveyancing should always work.

Easiest house purchase ever
Compared to buying a house 10yrs ago this was an absolute breeze. The Juno portal is great & gives you a really easy way to track progress & resolve issues. But Juno are also very proactive about calling / emailing etc to make sure things don't stall. Communication was great, and this model just seems so much better than the old-fashioned way that conveyancing was done.

We used Juno initially for a sale of…
We used Juno initially for a sale of our property and the half way through the process we found a property to buy, used Juno then for the purchase which they speedily dealt with so completion could take place on the day!
Throughout we were given clear professional help, were also able to see exactly where we were with the Dashboard.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use again and can highly recommend.

Juno were amazing! This was our first house purchase, but before this one had fallen through which was also with Juno. Both times, the team were quick to update the dashboard, easy to get hold of via the phone, chat or email and very clear in their communication. They were also very good at explaining the 2nd chance house process, which we were able to utilise. We would recommend Juno to everyone if purchasing a home.

Efficient service at a fair price
Contact was made quickly. Their system of electronic contact is excellent via the dash board. When needed a human would send a message. So all good.
The cost was fair, cheaper than estate agent! They were on top of things all the time and pushed when something needed doing.
The English system fo buying and selling a house is very stressful and ridiculous, not JUNO’ s fault.
