As you can imagine it was a very emotional time but the professional, sympathetic way the staff were whenever we spoke made it easier. Great service app easy to follow and reasonable cost

The conveyancing process with Juno was handled professionally throughout which reduced the stress of selling our property. As well, Juno’s online platform (dashboard), kept us fully informed of the progress. Communication with Juno staff was reasonably quick and efficient and Juno staff answered our queries promptly by email. Juno staff were also quite responsive when handling phone calls with us, updating our profile and enabling the relevant team to respond to and resolve queries. We will be happy to use Juno’s services for conveyancing again and would recommend Juno.

It was a pleasure to work with Juno for the legal aspect of selling my house. They were knowledgeable, quick to respond & react to all aspects of the journey.

Juno have been extremely responsive, supportive and efficient, through every step of our house move. They are always available when we call them and this is backed up by an online platform used to communicate queries and see progress. We found this particularly helpful in the final stages before exchange, when the pace and urgency picked up considerably and too many phone calls would have just complicated matters.
It has made an already incredibly stressful time much easier to cope with and we send the team our thanks!

The legal team is brilliant. The communication is great, particularly on their platform (the client is updated step-by-step). It is a bit difficult to speak to the legal team by phone - the client needs to leave a message and they call back, which might be sometimes delaying things.
