I couldn’t recommend Juno highly enough after using them for the purchase of my first home.

At the beginning, I was slightly nervous about using a team-based service rather than having one solicitor personally handling my case. However, that concern disappeared very quickly. Juno has an incredibly well-organised system, and the whole team is kept fully up to date, so whenever I called, whoever I spoke to knew exactly what was happening with my purchase and was able to help.

Throughout the process, I felt genuinely supported. We had regular weekly calls, almost every Friday, to go through the progress and make sure I knew exactly where things stood. The dashboard was also fantastic and gave me a clear overview of what had been completed, what was outstanding and what needed to happen next.

The communication was honestly exceptional. Every time I had a question, I received an answer, and their email response times were outstanding — far beyond what I have experienced with solicitors in the past. Even when we had some unexpected issues and delays caused by the other side’s solicitor, the Juno team dealt with everything efficiently, kept me informed and worked incredibly hard to get us through to completion as quickly as possible.

Buying a home can be stressful, especially as a first-time buyer, but having Juno supporting me throughout made a huge difference. I always felt that someone was keeping an eye on the process and that I was never left wondering what was happening.

I read other reviews complaining about not speaking to the same person etc. But their compartmentalised approach to property conveyancing makes much more sense. Everything is dealt with by different teams - which means we were able to exchange in 7 weeks.. Very happy AND they gave me £250 back after completion.. Everyone at Juno is going on my Christmas card list.. Thanks guys!!

Juno were extremely helpful with the legal process of me buying my first home! They were timely, trustworthy and had a team of professionals who were knowledgeable! They worked quickly and always kept me in the loop in all decisions! They were honestly such a lovely team to work alongside! Thank you!!

Avoid Juno like the plague. Their conveyancing was inept, obstructive, and repeatedly stalled the entire transaction — despite the fact they weren’t even my solicitors, but the seller’s.

My solicitor requested the planning permission for the estate. Juno insisted for weeks, possibly months, that the document was “unobtainable” and “does not exist in anyone’s records”(their exact words).
I contacted Ebbsfleet Development Corporation myself and received the planning permission within an hour.
So much for “unobtainable.”

Once the planning permission was finally obtained, my solicitor asked for evidence of discharge of relevant conditions. The permission contained 60 conditions, yet Juno failed to provide anything meaningful. Instead of carrying out the required checks, they repeatedly tried to offer indemnity policies as a shortcut.

I ultimately had to compile a condition‑by‑condition matrix myself — work that should have been completed by the seller’s solicitor as part of a competent conveyancing process.

And before Juno attempts the usual “you’re not our client so you shouldn’t be reviewing us” response: when a firm’s actions delay a transaction, provide incorrect information, and force other parties to do their work for them, every affected party has the right to report their experience. This level of service is unacceptable in any property transaction.

I strongly advise buyers and sellers to avoid Juno.

UPDATE: You could have acknowledged the concerns and responded constructively, it doesn’t matter if it’s removed from Trustpilot, I will share my experience on every review platform that permits it, as well as with my followers on Instagram and X/Twitter. My account concerns Juno’s handling of a transaction I was directly involved in and delays that affected everyone in the chain. Your response addresses my eligibility to post on Trustpilot but does not answer the specific issues raised. Removing a review under a platform rule does not refute its contents or erase the experience behind it.

We would definitely recommend Juno - we were unenthusiastic about trying another 'online' conveyancing firm after a previous bad experience, but found the technology and communication brilliant. Juno did a really great job of keeping on top of our case and pushing for a quick result.

Literally so good (which was at times annoying - for example we were ready 6 weeks before everyone else in our chain - not Juno's fault).

The good:
* The dashboard to understand progress and updates was amazing.
* The live chat was excellent - rapid responses, good insights.
* Everything online was so easy, uploads, digital signatures every.

The less good
* genuinely nothing - I did have to pay a little more than the original price as it turned out I was buying 2 bits of land but would have been hard to spot this upfront

I was hugely impressed with Juno Solicitors during the sale of my mum’s house. They kept me updated at every step, communicated with real clarity, and conducted themselves impeccably throughout.
