PHONE CALLS WERE RESPONDED PROMPTLY BUT MAINLY BY PARALEGALS AND CLIENT SUPPORT WORKERS VERY RARELY BY CONVEYANCE SOLICITORS.
IT WAS VERY HELPFUL TO HAVE THE SECOND CHANCE OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE OUR FIRST PURCHASE FELL THROUGH

A very quick and efficient way to do your conveyancing. Fast to respond to phone calls, I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes max to have a conversation with one of the team of solicitors, who were all well informed had information about my case at their finger tips and were all very polite and helpfull.

Best of both worlds - online portal keeps you informed of and up to date with every step of the process but staff are also easily accessible by email, message or phone with quick response rates. I sold and purchased with Juno and both teams were equally proactive and proficient. Highly recommend.

Excellent support throughout my recent sale. The online portal is very good supplemented with regular contact with members of the team. All the team members I spoke to were professional and were very focused on getting the sale across the line and making sure I was continuously updated.

A good feature is the dashboard that Juno use. Easy to understand and follow - actions set out and the mechanism to upload documents was easy to use.
A great feature is the dashboard chat function. Any questions, problems or issues that came up could be dropped into the chat and the Juno team quickly updated.
It made a typically stressful and demanding transaction so much more straightforward.
Juno were quick to respond, helpful and happy to have a phone call if needed.
Highly recommended and it made my house sale a simple and much less stressful undertaking.

Excellent legal service. There is digital dashboard and human interactions and weekly (minimal cadence) of 1-1 phone call to appraise and engage. There is no discovery, let's figure it out and misery, right from day 1 the whole journey was made clear in the digital dashboard. In the run-up to the completion, the engagement was even more tight (this mattered to me, as this was a very very large transaction, we were having other stuff going on at our end couldn't get worried on this too). But the guys at JUNA as fab! kept us updated with phone calls. When the completion day arrived, the transaction was completed 2-3 hours ahead of schedule with my permission of course!. Would recommend their services 200% because I also know how anxious it could otherwise we - my buying experience of the same property some 4 years back was less than ideal sadly.
