As a first time buyer, I was very pleased with their service. The process was very smooth and fast and their communication was beyond excellent! Their online portal is very useful and keeps us updated, easing our anxiety and giving us a sense of security. They are also very responsive to any query. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can only praise them for the excellent service they have provided. I can’t thank them enough for all their help throughout our buying process. I highly recommend them.

My partner and I recently used Juno for the purchase of our first home, and we were blown away by the service we received throughout. We’d always been told that dealing with solicitors would be the most stressful part of buying a house, but that couldn’t have been further from our experience with Juno.

Buying a house can be a very stressful experience, but Juno made the process significantly easier from start to finish.

One of the things I appreciated most was the transparency. There were no hidden fees, and everything was clearly explained throughout the process. Their online dashboard was excellent – easy to use, keeping all documents and updates in one place, and allowing everything to be handled digitally without unnecessary paperwork.

Communication was outstanding. Emails were replied to quickly, and whenever I called, my call was answered within seconds. Every member of the team I spoke to was knowledgeable and able to help immediately. I was never transferred between departments or left on hold waiting for answers, which made a huge difference during what can be an anxious process.

Juno were also very proactive and quick to act whenever something needed progressing. They were professional in every interaction, whether by phone, email or through the online system.

I also benefited from being introduced to a house survey service through Juno. The survey was arranged quickly, with someone visiting the property within just a few days, which helped keep everything moving.

What stood out most was how friendly and reassuring the team were, particularly towards the end of the transaction when estate agents were becoming increasingly pushy. Having a responsive, calm and professional solicitor made a real difference and helped reduce a lot of the stress.
