Where is my order???
Having ordered a replacement caravan socket bracket for my car, Just Tow used Evri to deliver it. This never happened. I tried to contact Just Tow by email several times with no success, they never replied. I contacted their phone number, the person on the line just said they had to review the order and would get back to me. Four months later I am still waiting. Maybe they need to review their customer service.

Ordered item, money taken, 10 days later no item received. Emailed them to ask if they had dispatched it. No reply to this question, just had the money returned with no explanation. Emailed them to ask why they didn't supply the item, which was marked as being in stock. No reply. They are not treating customers with respect

Excellent price for the parts and prompt delivery. Only complaint I would have, and not sure if this is anything to do with just tow, is that the instructions on the electric kit were rubbish. I am a chartered engineer of over 20 years and it took me ages to work them out!
