Having used the company for 3 years, the team are always helpful, either on the phone or personal contact, Bottles can be picked up good service, payment is prompt, i have never waited more than 7 days, can't praise the team enough.

My whole selling experience was first class from start to finish. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and efficiently and their experience helped me to achieve an excellent price for my lot at auction.

I didn't know anything about selling whiskey but had a large number of my late husbands miniatures I was looking to sell. All communication was great, When I dropped them off, Craig was polite, professional and talked me through all my options. He said he would group them together in various lots as I didn't have any idea what should go together. The auction went well and the money was in my bank promptly.

It has a greater potential for much more if they upgrade the website though: It's extremely slow to remove a few bottles from watchlist for example -page refreshes each time- and also would be great to have the function of shipping the lots in storage done online. Overall great though.

Having used other Auction houses I was a little skeptical as have incurred additional charges via those but found "Just Whisky" to be a breath of fresh air, with seamless buying and delivery to my door, shortly after the completion of the transaction.

As a novice, I didn't know what to expect and canvassed numerous auction sites. Just Whisky Auctions felt right so I took the plunge.
