As of the writing of this message, I've been waiting more than 20 minutes. Wait times should be posted in advance but are not. It is misleading as I was led to believe that once I paid, there was someone there to help me, but instead quite the opposite happened.
There is also the issue of the misleading advertising regarding fees. This is an issue mentioned multiple times by other people.

Great advice. I am a novice at selling anything on-line. The advice was exactly what I needed including suggested wording for a listing, pricing advice including high and low expectations and likely selling price. Included cautions about shipping. Also gave excellent advice about where to list for maximum exposure and included some alternate paths.
