I bought a car back in October 2025 the sales man Chris was great however the after service has been horrendous my car went in for a tyre pressure sensor came out the same later found out they had jacked my car up on a non jack point and I now have a whole in the bottom of my car. Then February engine management light came on had it plugged in at a garage to the dpf filter blocked never in a million years will I buy another car from these my family members had issue and wish I had not bothered buying from them however I gave them the benifit of the doubt also my car was ment to have had a paint job on the bonnet no it was touched up with a paint pen. The seat belt clip had gone that should not have passed mot sill has a hole in it where they have jacked it up on a none jack point they put to much tyre pressure in it to so it was running at 15 PIS more than it should have been

Bought, sold and serviced all our cars with Just Audi for many years since the company first opened. Never anything less than exceptional customer service and their expertise is always on hand when requested.
If you want to buy a car and the process be hassle free and friendly Id highly recommend.

I saw a VW campervan on the internet but with a 600 mile return trip to Lincoln, the prospect was somewhat daunting. However I spoke to Tom and Steve and they gave me an honest view on the vehicle. I felt I could trust them so I bit the bullet and headed down to be greeted with a vehicle which was spick and span and ready to try out. I also had to change over my personalized number plate. Nothing was rushed or pushy and any small niggles I had were sorted out right away. I don't think it is possible to have a better buying experience. My wife and I are both delighted with our purchase so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

We made the stupid mistake of buying a used vehicle and have exactly the same treatment as the other poor customer who has just left a bad review of this company it’s looking like a pattern The attitude from the dealership is, they’ve got your money go away. I even had to endure ridiculous intimidation tactics and even more ridiculous accusations from an extremely immature and patronising general manager. We too tried to get them to fix a list of issues but they refused point blank to fix any of them. The vehicle is now sat on the drive we can’t even use it. We tried also to reject the vehicle, they again refused. The vehicle we bought wasn’t cheap either just short of £20,000 and are looking at repair bills to the tune of £3000 +. I was advised by the same patronising manager to go away and get a solicitor so that’s what we will be doing . If you read the other responses to bad reviews from the general manager there is a dismissive and patronising tone to all of them. I would maybe suggest it’s time someone higher up the food chain at this firm possibly look into the way the dealership is dealing with problems. Also just for information I am the local AGE UK preferred trader for plumbing and heating and am extremely popular with my well over 1000 elderly customers across all the Lincoln retirement parks and guess what I tell them all about JUST AUDI VW I’ll let you work that out for yourselves.

Purchased a vehicle from this garage on January 15th and the very next day it broke down on the M25 leaving me stranded over night in freezing temperatures. The car was returned to the garage a few days later and the only remedial work carried out was a filter change. The garage assured me it was fine. Last week I broke down again with the same faults. Despite given them the opportunity to fix the car once I am now seeking for it to be returned and a refund issued and they are refusing which is a breach of my consumer rights. I have been going around in circles for a week now to the point I'll be filing a small claims for the return of my £13995 and financial losses. Three tow truck recoveries so far and counting!!

A mere six weeks since my last review, but well worthy of another 5⭐️ review.

Dreadful company, dreadful management worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. As far as your pathetic reply goes, as company secretary, I have never even entered your dealership so your accusations against me are utterly false. I have not been told not to enter the dealership so I think you are mistaking me for someone else. Your stunt of rejecting our purchase of a sub-standard van is disgusting and it could be detrimental to a small business. You and your delicate team that cannot take critisism should be held to account and so if you wont even acknowledge our complaint then I will continue to give poor reviews and make sure everyone knows to be wary of your company and zero after sales care.

Bought my second car from JustAudiVW on outer circle in Lincoln this month (Jan 2026), I am a returning customer after having a brilliant experience the first time. This time was absolutely spot on as well, so I'm very pleased I did! Special mention for Sam Booth, he's always very polite, helpful and never pushy, and can never do enough to make sure all questions are answered and checked. All staff seem very helpful, honest and genuine. Thanks again!

I was looking to upgrade my car to a larger one as we had a recent addition to the family.
I made contact with Just Audi VW , told them what I was looking for and my budget, they didn’t have the particular make & model in stock ,but sourced a couple of cars then came back to me that afternoon.
The service from start to finish was 100% and I would highly recommend Just Audi VW.

Bought a campervan fiat ducato 2021 from vw Solutions tom was brilliant iam from Scotland so from start 2 finish information and keeping in touch was first class van was well looked after clean wen got van very very helpful guys about the place no pressure but make u feel good about the place I do recommend vw Solutions they do a lot of campervan and cars ill be back 4 sure 😀 👍 Lincoln vw Solutions

We have always taken our cars to Just Audi in Lincoln for services / repairs.
The staff are friendly and helpful and they only carry out work on your car that is actually needed to be done, never any pressure from them. Prices are very reasonable too, not like the rip off prices the main dealers charge. They service all makes of cars too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a first class service.

Bought an expensive dashcam to go into my Discovery that I was purchasing.
Never worked properly from the time I picked it up. Would not stayed formatted and needed to reboot and reconnect wvery time i drove.
Sent a request for a new one in and the team sorted it out. Needed an extra wire (known fault so I wonder why not a standard fit) and a new SD card but now working fine.
Always polite, courteous and good customer service. Thanks Tom and the technicians for solving this.
Would have given 5 but the fault is a known fault so may be worth incorporating the fix as standard practice.
