As a natural cynic, I question everything and trust very few.
However, we keep going back to Chris and Just Audi because we do trust them.

From the very first phone call, to driving off in our new car, our buying experience couldn't have been any better. Martyn and Conner were friendly, knowledgeable and are a credit to the company. We didn't experience any 'hard sell' quite often used with car sellers. We were left to make our minds up but also had the option to discuss queries that we had. 100% recommend buying a car from Just Audi VW.

One of the BEST! Just purchased an A8 from these guys and i can honestly say its been my best experience ever with buying a vehicle. These guys go further than above and beyond. i have purchased many vehicles in my time, mainly Jaguar and Mercedes dealerships, i have never received this excellent service. These guys are brilliant. Very genuine and helpful team. I had a puncture at the worst possible time of day for me, late afternoon as I was just about to start the school run and Dad's taxi to clubs etc. I was just about to panic. I managed to get the car to their showroom. I explained the predicament. It was almost home time for them as well, but they could see the issue I was facing. They stopped what they were doing, got the tyre repaired in a flash and I was back on the road. I dealt with Steve in their Servicing Department, to whom I'm extremely grateful. Great job, Guys! Well done!

The Service at Just Audi is first class, from reception staff, sales, through to service, everyone excels at what they do and gives the customer a super experience. We dealt with Alex Roberts on the sales team from part exchanging our own car and purchasing a new one all through him, the service was excellent and a very friendly and professional individual who made the whole process smooth and easy. Couldn’t recommend JustAudi VW enough and will always continue to purchase a car through them! 5*!

Had 2 cars from this place £20k each both ended up having major issues, think the mechanic has hearing issues aswell, 1 got returned the other I had to trade in elsewhere

I recently purchased a Mercedes SLK from Just Audi VW, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, they (Chris) provided exceptional, no pressure service and was friendly and approachable. Nothing was rushed, or too much trouble. I would highly recommend them.

This is the first time we have used Just Audi VW having decided to try them after reading the excellent customers’ reviews; we are not disappointed.
The 8 year old Audi Q7 was as described with 90,000 miles on the clock. There was wear and tear we were expecting and possibly less. There was no attempt to hide or embellish anything about the car. There was complete honesty about the car being bought at auction and that it was a grade 3/C the lowest grade they will buy. We were told that anything that needed doing to the car to bring it up to a their high standard would be done including a full service, MOT etc. We were given a copy of the invoice detailing all of the work done when we went to collect it. A total of £1,762. 58 was spent by Just Audi.
The car came with an RAC 3 month warranty and when a month after our purchase we found the front 12v socket didn’t work I thought it would be covered. Sam, the sales person who dealt with us had asked us to contact him should anything go wrong, so we did. As we live in York he suggested we take it to an RAC garage near to us and he found one for us. The garage found, that unfortunately, the socket had been damaged by a previous owner having lodged a coin inside the socket and the fuse had blown and the socket was no longer serviceable. As it was not a fault but an accident, the warranty did not cover the repair costs. I called Just Audi and without hesitation they agreed to pay the York garage’s invoice on our behalf £104.62
We love driving the Q7 and delighted with the service from Just Audi. They will be our first port of call when looking for another car. We highly recommend them because they do what they say and keep promises.

Bit disappointed with the astra we bought in 2022 had a couple of expensive repairs nox sensor and now adblue nightmare

I have been dealing JustAudiVw for many years and must say that there is no other garage like this one! They have always provided friendly service!

They adv. a Land cruiser as good order but failed to show pictures of gross damage to the rear of the car, which had Dog-chewing all over! Blamed it on Ebay's picture featuring. Also, a check on the S/H showed multiple and unusual, Major warranty work, signifying abuse by the previous owner. They lie and prevaricate, but quick to get your deposit. A total avoid if you want a straight motor and honesty! Chris dealt with my attempted sale.

Just Audi have serviced my a6 from new over the last 4 years. Steve and the service team are always helpful and understanding. Nothing is ever a silly question .

I recently decided to change for a q5 they had in stock.

Tom cotton was exceptional. Not pushy , polite and professional . Offered a great part ex and made everything easy .

I have been buying and having my car serviced by Just Audi VW more than 10 years now.
I recently visited Just Audi VW to solicit advice on a critical “observation” that was noted by a third-party company and had been quoted just under a grand (car was under a service plan with the third-party company). Within 30 minutes of arriving my car had been inspected and Just Audi service team findings was that there was nothing needed to be done; the car was just fine.
By simply doing things the right way, both the sales and service teams provide a first class and excellent customer experience. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team whether you’re just popping in to get some advice, a service, a light bulb changed, or purchasing a new car.
I am grateful to Steve and the service team for all their efforts throughout time we have been dealing with Just Audi and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone out there looking for a great value-for-money customer experience.

We just purchased a perfect gift a 'pink fiat' for our daughter her first car. Alex was our point of contact and was absoloutly brilliant from first point of contact. We had to travel a round trip of 950 miles to pick up the car and the level of service from Alex was outstanding. Very pleased and would certainly reccomend this place without a doubt.
