Cancellation after two weeks of waiting!
I signed up for the VIP JustFab Germany this month. I ordered three pairs of shoes right away. When I received the shoes, 2 out of the 3 fit but one of the boots i purchased ran too big, about half to a whole size too big. So i thought "no problem, I'll just exchange". And that I did, i processed the exchange on my app and waited patiently for my item to get here. However, after 2 weeks of waiting for my boots i hadn't received an email or anything of that sort. So i decided to contact an agent via their online chat website. The agent apologized for the inconvenience and said my order was processed and i would be receiving my boots in a few business days but that was a lie. When i ended the chat with her i got an email saying that my order was cancelled! I right away got on the chat again and spoke with a different agent confirming that in fact my order was cancelled because they no longer had my size and were completely sold out. I was able to receive some help with their customer service team which I appreciated.

This is my first purchase
This is my first purchase. I cannot really comment until I receive the purchase. It was easy to order. Only problem is you can only put in a German telephone number which is not practical when ordering from Austria.

A couple of windows didn't open
A couple of windows didn't open. Most importantly at the register and when I wanted to read your AGB. As well as the side didn't accept my phone number. I needed to log myself out completely.
Otherwise great products and I love that you can adjust the size and colour of stuff in your Cashier so easily.
