The flowers were for a friend of mine who had. Token her arm. She called and said they were beautiful and the one bright spot so far.

Hands Down the worst. Canceled order after two days late and no one could tell me the status.

My order was a last day thing! I asked for white tulips, but later I got a call that none were available and would white roses at the same price be alright. I agreed and they were delivered late that evening . According to my daughter they were just lovely and much appreciated. Thankyou so much for your attention and kindness!

Although the delivery was just a bit late (which I paid more for), my daughter was thrilled with the arrangement. The flowers and balloons were spectacular. That made me very happy and very willing to do business with them again. Thanks for help making a birthday memorable.

Company was told that order needed to be delivered by 4:30 and come 5 pm they were not delivered so I called and I was told they overlooked the time and that they wouldn’t be able to deliver until the following day and it is our anniversary and I was trying to send my wife some flowers I paid $160 for them to tell me they can’t deliver the same day and I asked them for a discount if that’s the case and they offered me $5 then $10 and maxed out at $15 so I just requested a refund because this company isn’t reputable do not order from this company I repeat “DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY”

I had ordered a spring bouquet as an Easter surprise for my daughter, I was contacted by Proflowers asking if I minded if they sent tulips instead. I agreed and they sent the MOST beautiful arrangement of tulips growing from the bulbs in a tall vase. So different and absolutely beautiful. My daughter loved it too. Thank you Proflowers!

I ordered flowers at 8 am on Saturday, April 4, for same day delivery. 10 hours later, I was informed that the flowers I ordered were unavailable, could they substitute tulips instead, oh and the balloon I ordered could not be guaranteed. I called and spoke to customer service and explained, no, tulips are not an option, the person I am sending these flowers to, is allergic. Customer Service made that note, said they would find an alternative and have them delivered the next day. On Sunday, April 5, at 1 p.m. I received an email stating they could not be delivered that day. I responded to the email to inform them that there apology to me was not accepted and it is unacceptable that the customer service person assured me it would be delivered on Sunday, when they couldn't do that. Today, Monday, April 6, I received a call from Customer Service, apologizing, but basically blaming me for not accepting the tulip substitution. Again, the person I am sending these get well flowers to is allergic to tulips. It's why I didn't order them.
They never offered me any other option but tulips. They lied to me, and as of right now, the flowers still haven't been delivered. The best they could do is offer me a $10 credit, and a phone call to my intended recipient, apologizing. Umm, no? That is awkward.

After their reply using my full name and the intended recipients full name, I am even less inclined to recommend this company. This is beyond terrible service.

Flowers were fresh and beautiful. Good size arrangement. Delivered on time. Will order again when needed.
