Sauna Master really seemed to be knowledgable of the harbs and whisks used. The heat managenent was great where the sessions were hot, but not too hot with well executed heat waves. I love when goosebumps appear from the heat!
The herbal events especially are very special as this is something I have not experienced before. I left sauna calmer, more relaxed and even had a feeling that I have been out in the forest.

An excellent place for Saunagus experience in a beautiful environment, facilitated by professionals! With heated changing rooms, showers and cold plunge. It is also located in the heart of the city in an area well connected to the public transport system, so it is super easy to arrive there. Included free electrolyte water is also a nice touch!

Our gus was excellent, one of the best I've had ever! Really hot, great music and infusions :)

Experienced very professional, yet personally curated sauna sessions each time, with great quality essential oils, kind gusmasters, all in a super relaxing environment :)

Really amazing saunagus experience, with really cozy facilities and super friendly facilitators.
They guide you all the way through the experience, you can always expect something amazing and different from the vast majority of Gusmasters available.
Also saunagus is in English so it is very friendly for all the English speaking crowd. I highly recommend trying out the Herbal events, nothing like anywhere in Copenhagen.

Fantastic Sauna point in the heart of the town offering you comfortable dressing room, shower, cold plunge and several and different Sauna events in a cozy environment

Just Sauna is a super cool place with a lot of different Sauna Masters that provide different experiences, but all with a great high baseline! I have tried their Relax, Power and Herbal sessions and they are all very well facilitated, with care for the guests, well chosen oils and music and a lovely space surrounded by wood both inside and outside of the sauna. Also! They have heated changing rooms! ;)

I have been to JustSauna numerous times and always had a great experience. Great sauna masters and oils, with always interesting music and vibes.

I have just attended the Sauna Aufgus Master base course in Frederikssund and can highly recommend it to those wishing to expand their knowledge within sauna aufgus.

Ulla and Rasmus were warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. The course was taught in English and they did absolutely brilliantly in covering all base topics, and the information was easy to digest for all levels.

Ulla’s new location in Frederikssund is spacious, bright and easy to find and park (if travelling by car).

Overall, really good experience, and great that some nuts, coffee, tea and juice were provided.

Things to consider for improvement:

- There is only one shared shower, with no shower curtain for 24 people, which was a little disappointing and I wish this was communicated beforehand.

- There could have been more snacks provided, such as fruit and regular dates (not sour ones), as it was a long day.

- The electrolytes were promised in the course discription but were forgotten until I reminded them. More preparation of snacks, beverages, cups etc. could be considered prior to arrival.

- The logistics of day was a little disrupting, due to the layout of the location and size of the group. Perhaps a smaller group of around 12-15 people would be better, and giving each participant a number to coincide with their music and essential oil choice would create a better flow for the day and ensure a more professional experience for the participants.

I will definitely consider taking more courses with Just Sauna in the future 😊.

The Saunagus experience with Just Sauna feels like a real treatment, not just a show. It’s clear that Ulla and Rasmus have a lot of knowledge and experience. They really understand how heat, scents, and timing affect the body and the nervous system.

The sessions feel safe, calm, and well guided. You can feel the care and intention behind what they do, not only the technique.

The course itself was clear, practical, and easy to follow. It gave me useful tools to keep improving as a Saunagus facilitator.

Highly recommended.
