I had to put 1 star or couldn't get through to be honest not worth any stars my order went in sept 19 no luck tried 10 e-mails no reply so avoid this company they can't even answer your queries looks like I am 1 of many having the problem facebook should try and sort this out if it had been ordered from a high st. shop they would have to do something

I have order two types of inflatable air beds and received two air sack's that i wouldn't pay£5 for they have took £50+out of my bank account and i would like it back.

i also had ordered a 6ft carousel christmas tree of juytery,com back in the begining of october and im still waiting ive sent them untold emails was given a tracking number which never moved in progress of delivery ive now sent them two more emails asking for exact date of delivery and also have told them that that i will be taking this further to trading standards as false adverting never known a company like this to be so bad but i also have been scammed as it seems

I'm absolutely fuming do not buy from these thieves. I ordered a 6ft carousel tree and it was the size of my hand😠. Angry is an understatement. My daughter was so excited for that !

Like many I ordered an inflatable double mattress with foldaway legs, with postage over £30 revived an inflatable sack you but for less than a tenner, they continue to use Facebook block you if you complain or spread “fake news”. Paid via PayPal tried to claim a refund and PayPal ignore you and side with the seller. Seller offers refund if you can return to china within a set date, 24hrs. Address and information is in Chinese, so effectively you loose your money, DO NOT TRUST THEM, DO NOT BUY, also advertised as a company called Wuliber too.

Oh dear sorry to add myself to the list of people scammed. Ordered the 6ft Christmas carocel tree. And what arrived was pathetic
Not even 6 Inches. How can they do this and get away with it. Unbelievable

They are the Biggest liars and scammers going DO NOT BUY from them

I ordered a 4ft Christmas carousel tree.
What turned up can only describe as something you would get out of a cracker.
What an embarrassment cannot show the kids.
I've well and truly been scammed.

I received the same yesterday. Ordered a double inflatable bed with frame & built in inflator, received a piece of plastic that you inflate by running with it like a kite! Paid £19.99 plus £10 shipping! What a fool! Gutted! Scamming, scumbag w######!

Complete SCAM! No response from emails, ordered a double airbed with folding frame. Received a nylon Air sack. £25+ paid for complete and utter rubbish. AVOID

Not received the Christmas tree I ordered and no response to my emails. Total scam...do not order from them

Brought through Facebook from Wilmer.com. thought I was getting a 6ft Christmas tree but received a throw away you one. The add on Facebook is a scam.

Yes like everyone else we ordered buy one get one free reclining chairs & got a mini stool ! Endless e-mails sent to them - no offers on any refund from this company

I have had exactly the same experience as a number of other reviewers in that I ordered from a Facebook advert 2 Zero gravity chairs and received a 10inch folding stool. Juytery have offered £4.00 refund saying the stool is worth £20.00! At present PayPal are investigating but I do not hold out much hope. Next step is the credit card company who I am sure will be feed up with claims against what seems to be a very deceitful company Juytery.

Absolute joke of a company don't send out what you order send something not even a child can use. Offer a £4 refund won't give you the address to send things back don't touch with a barge poll

Absolute joke of a company.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I was meant to receive 2 anti gravity chairs for which I paid £23.99.
They sent what can only describe as a footstool for a childs dolly worth no more than £1.99.
They flatly refuse a refund saying the most that they can offer under company policy is £6
Paypal aren`t much better as they want me to repackage the crap item that I received,pay p&p and send it back registered post.
This is clearly a ploy by Jutery knowing full well that people will be out of pocket so wont be arsed to return it
