Placing a large order (40ksek) on 21st…
Placing a large order (40ksek) on 21st of May, with Delivery in 3 to 5 days. So now on 30 May haven't received anything from them so I call and ask what is happening. Am told it left their centre and is with the transport company, so I can call them to find out. So after repeated attempts to get the transport company I call KRauta back and say this is ridiculous that I have to sort out their delivery issue. They promise to call, and then I try to call back in the afternoon and kundsupport is closed at 13.00 even though it is supposed to be 16.00. Finally the transport company calls and says they have never received it. The next day I canceled my order (they still didn't know where it was) and ordered from Beijer at a higher price, but with delivery the next day. Being cheap means poop if you can deliver. Never again, absolute morons when it comes to their client base.
