I stumbled accross this practice after being let down by a few firms and whilst approaching my final child arrangements hearing. My previous lawyers seemed to be following what the fathers lawyers were saying and didnt seem to put me first.

Kabir Law were understanding and efficient from the very first consultation. Through clear strategy and approach i managed to get everything i requested which my previous lawyers seemed to neglect.

I was tied up with another firm and wanted a second opinion on my case as I did not feel my representatives were fighting my corner.

The mother of my child raised false allegations of abuse and blocked my contact. Following my free initial consultation I decided to proceed with Kabir Law. Mo helped me get an urgent hearing and I now have 50/50 custody of my child. I can't thank Kabir Law enough for the effort they put in to assist me especially with the late evening consultations which meant I did not need to take time off work.

WHAT A FABULOUS RESULT.

My EX divorced me. He was very wealthy and became bitter. He began hiding his properties and money. Soon after separation he began transferring his belongings to family and friends. Just so I couldn’t get my rightful share after our long marriage.

Tried to contact this company for a while as I need help writing a statement but no one ever got back to me and I’m glad they didn’t. Upon looking into it a bit more it’s quite clear it’s a scam. Describes itself as a “boutique law firm” (what is that?) and states that it is not affiliated with the solicitors regulatory authority (the people that make sure law firms are legit) Company owned by someone who has been struck off for misconduct. You can read more about it by looking up the owner of the company and typing his name into google.

And the fake reviews….there are really a lot of them. All written in the same style, saying similar unusual things. They just don’t read right. I also spotted a couple of duplicates under different names.
My review is getting repeatedly reported which is somewhat infuriating and more questionable “5*” reviews have popped up since I wrote this. One review starts off talking about someone’s daughter but by the end of the review that daughter has turned into a son.

Red flags all over this company. Do yourself a favour and go to an actual solicitor.

Great service. I now have 50/50 shared care order my sons when I was told by my old solicitors this was impossible for me because of the domestic abuse allegations made against me.

Please be aware that Kabir Family Law is associated with a former solicitor struck off by the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority) in 2019, following the provision of misleading information to regulatory authorities, and being found to have acted dishonestly and without integrity.
Caution is strongly advised when considering entrusting the future of your children to this entity. It is imperative to emphasise that they lack the necessary qualifications, potentially exposing your children to significant risks.
You can verify the involvement of this former solicitor with Kabir Family Law as its founder and director during the company's incorporation in 2018, on 'find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk.' Additionally, relevant information about his regulatory history can be found on the SRA website under the 'Solicitor Register.'
It's crucial to note that Kabir Family Law is not authorised as a solicitor's firm, making it unregulated. In case of any issues, you may find yourself without the protective mechanisms typically provided by authorised legal entities.

In 2021, after being denied access to my daughter, Kabir Family Law exploited my emotional and vulnerable state, resulting in the depletion of my lifetime savings. They encouraged multiple weekly calls, charging nearly £300 per hour, sometimes for the sole purpose of listening the sound of their typing on keyboards writing documents for me. They wrote all the letters and applications for me, but they hid themselves behind my signature. Such practices are significantly in contraposition with the ethical standards of regulated solicitors. Be aware that the consequence of their writing is only yours.

Kabir Family Law advised me to submit numerous court applications, including a Prohibited Step Order, Guardian application, and Enforcement application. Regrettably, these applications were consistently denied and strongly criticised by the family court. This approach does not align with the actions of a regulated solicitor expert in Family Law who would normally try to find a solution between the parties in opposition to create resentment and disagreement with the only aim to empty your pockets.

Additionally, they had me write a multitude of letters, culminating in a bundle of almost 1000 pages, which faced severe criticism from the court.
Furthermore, Kabir Family Law advised me to attend court hearings without legal representation. This turned out to be ill-advised, as attending a courtroom without proper legal counsel can severely compromise one's case - particularly if facing the opposing party's counsel, who possesses over a decade of courtroom experience. This advice might have been influenced by my initial legal representative's refusal to share the Draft Order with them. It's crucial to acknowledge that sharing private law-related documents without court authorization is against the law. Nevertheless, Kabir Family Law requested me to provide them with court documents, which is unlawful.

It's extremely important to exercise caution regarding these practices and if they tell you that they don’t come to court “because they prefer to help people from the office”. This is a mere lie. They won’t come with you to the court as they are not allowed.
