Love this brand! I ordered the loose glitter pigment in glamour, the glistening pigment mix and the glitter eyeshadow adhesive. The loose glitter is highly pigmented and such a beautiful colour. Really impressed with the adhesive too, I have hooded eyes so often eyeshadow will crease, but not with this! I ordered to Hong Kong and it arrived quickly and in good condition. Gonna be placing another order soon.

The quality of their makeup is next level insane! The pigment! How long it lasts. I hands down will not buy eyeshadow from anywhere else and the amount of compliments I receive when wearing their rainbow highlighter and eyeshadow is insane. Love this brand. Coukd not recommend enough!!

I ordered from this brand expecting premium quality and a professional experience. Unfortunately, the product I received was not worth the high price, and the quality was underwhelming compared to what you’d expect from reputable global brands.

Also, their sunscreen comes in an unusually small 30 ml size something I’ve never seen from any other brand and this is not clearly stated on their website at the time of purchase.

What’s worse is the lack of transparency regarding customs fees. If you’re ordering from outside the UAE, be prepared to pay up to 40% extra in customs duties — a fact that is not clearly mentioned on their website.

I reached out to their customer service multiple times, even provided proof of payment for the extra charges, and received no response at all. This level of customer care is simply unacceptable.

At this price point, I could have chosen a well-known international brand with actual quality and service. Instead, I feel misled and ignored.
I strongly do not recommend ordering from this brand, especially if you live outside the UAE.

I can provide all the evidence and screenshots of my exchanges with their poor customer service to show just how unprofessional their support truly is, in case they try to deny any of this.

My experience with Kaima has been nothing but positive from falling in love with the Frosted Fairy palette, customer service was excellent, very attentive and I can tell they care about the customer.
The quality of the palette is sensational, I don't have shimmered like this so they are one of a kind in my make up collection.
I definitely recommend them.

I found Kaima cosmetics over a year ago & I've not gone anywhere else for my makeup staples since.

The makeup produced is fantastic, high quality & I ALWAYS get compliments and asked about my makeup. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get & if you are a magpie in human form like me, who loves anything shiny & glittery you won't be disappointed! Also Kaima's black base is 100% the best in the market that I have ever found!

I won't ever go anywhere else for my makeup! I've ordered so many times & my little girl can't wait to start getting her own makeup palletes (rather than pinching mine) 🤣🤣

I saw Kaima on social media and thought this stuff can’t be as good as it looks, my wife agreed it looked amazing but social media can sometimes deceive. We ordered some stuff, she liked the look of the pressed shadows and some lip glosses, they came through and honestly, amazing. My wife loves the stuff and it’s always come through the post with no damage. I’d say we have now placed around 8/9 orders and have ordered goods worth over £750, never had any issues with any of their products, even when stock was on back order, the communication was good and clear. My wife repeatedly gets asked where her make up is from and she always asks me to explain. Seriously, it’s as good as it looks, it’s always well delivered and we would have no issue recommending.

I've made several orders, always successfully and without issues. Will order again soon!

I ordered a few years ago now, but I honestly dont know why there reviews are 3.5🌟, I had no issues with the products, i thought they were absolutely beautiful and I got a free cute necklace with my order..

The products are good quality. They ship quite quickly. Last time I had to wait a bit longer, but that was because I pre ordered something in my order. The products always arrive neatly. Would recommend the makeup palettes.

One of the best beauty brands with the best customer service. I contacted them once during a huge pre-order/sale because some of my order was missing when I received it. Not only did I receive lovely customer service, but they also went above and beyond. My order was sent quickly, perfectly, and a few more extra goodies were included. I’ll always be a loyal customer. bought a few things as a gift for a friend and everything was absolutely stunning. she loves everything and looks amazing in what i chose for her. can’t wait to come back for more!! shipping was quick to the US and tracking was provided.

Ok- so my experience still stands, it was fab. However, I was not aware of the bullying on social media. Completely unacceptable, unnecessary behaviour! Gutted, as I really do love the palettes. So disappointing- What a shame!

Ordered their 3 eyeshadow palettes & they’re absolutely breathtaking! Order came quick too. I was gutted when they went out of stock but 4 days later all 3 came back in stock! Brilliant quick service. Stunning products. Emails were quickly responded too. When I can I’ll be ordering their liquid eyeshadows, every.single.one!
