Karben Wallet 

Wallet fell apart, screws fell out, contacted company, they said they would be sending a replacement, never arrived, then stated would be sending replacement screws, again never arrived, have made several attempts to contact the company and get nothing but crickets. Been dealing with this issue since October 20, 2023. They ignore emails, won't answer the phone, TERRIBLE customer service. Don't deal with this POS company

This company is horrible. They are thieves. My wallet fell apart in the first month I had it, and with various attempts I have not been able to reach the company through phone number, email, or any communication whatsoever. Why are these companies not held accountable? Unbelievable they can get away with this and still call their wallet up in the top three on reviews. In my opinion, it's one of the worst ones I've ever seen. There's no accountability from this company whatsoever and I'm appalled that they can even get away with this much fraudulent activity. At this point it seems I will certainly never get a return phone call or email and they have just purely stole my money.

The company advertises 30 return policy. In order to return a wallet you have to get a return address from their customer service 866-206-1457. When you call this number you receive a greeting - "Hello World" and then it disconnects. The return label from the original shipment is not legible. I've sent three E-Mails to support and still have not received the return address, just offers for 30% discount. I don't want the wallet and I can't return it. And, the wallet is not that good anyway. I advise to stay away from this company. There are plenty of other goods wallets available.

Can not get any response from Karben customer support after multiple attempts and receipt of damaged wallet.

Ordered 2 wallets, shipping took a little longer than anticipated, once I received the wallet. I opened it up and honestly nothing really special about it, it's 2 pieces of I guess carbon fiber connected by elastic straps. It is very light and not bulky at all which is nice, you have to pull all your cards out to get to the one you want, then put them all back in. Other minimalist wallets fan the cards out. I ended up purchasing a code118 wallet and it works better for what I'm wanting. I'm going to be giving the karben out as a gift. Nice concept just not what I'm looking for. The code wallet is cheaper and has a lifetime guarantee. I've had both for a few weeks now and like the code much better. I hope this this helps you

Complete SCAM!

I ordered a wallet as a gift that didn't fit my recipient's needs, and I have tried to get return instructions via email numerous times. These people are crooks and have a fraudulent return policy. Inform all you know who are considering purchasing items to STAY AWAY.

Absolute fraudulent company. I returned the two wallets I ordered in plenty of time and provided tracking number showing the items were returned in the appropriate time. Weeks go by before any customer service responses. then they say they can't refund me but I can have store credit to two other websites that have garbage items for sale however I never received my store credits either. Karben Wallet is a bunch of thieves. The two so called people I interacted with through the support@karbenwallet was a Jonah and Jim nothing but dis honest thieves.

Total scam Tried to make a return but no return address supplied. Now I am getting no respone after multiple emails sent !!!!!

Ordered the wallet in time for Christmas. The wallet was supposedly shipped but not delivered. The order was somehow lost. Company told to cancel order. Wallet shipped in January, anyway. Company told multiple times to send address by which to return the wallet. No response. None. Please read the other reviews. This company will not allow returns, even though their web site states otherwise. In other words, you better like what you ordered regardless when it is shipped. It's yours to keep or to sell it online by yourself at a deep discount.

Ordered wallet. Received wallet. Didn't think it would work for me. Tried to return it within 30 days. There is no information on website where to send. Used their online support form to request address. They responded to emails but NEVER GAVE ME the address. Contact Us info on their website suggests there is a phone number to call but link delivers a 404 error - page does not exist. Disputed charge with CapitalOne. Still doing battle with Karban.

SCAM. The company sent me a bug zapper instead of the wallet which I paid for!!! They are not responding to customer service emails and there is no phone number to contact them.

I placed an order Nov 25, 2022. I finally received a shipment from Karben on December 13, but it was the wrong merchandise. I received 4 Karben NFC Tags. My order was for 3 wallets and Nerios Bluetooth Tag. I have tried numerous times to contact Karben on their form and keep getting an error. The form asks for a phone number which I enter but a message keeps asking for a number in the phone number box. My order was charged to my credit card Nov. 28, 2022.

Ordered one wallet for christmas November 26th.
Never received a order number or confirmation
The charge went thru my bank the same day
I have called and left five VM without a reply
This looks like a scam to me considering the above statements

Total scam! Based out of China. Offers free shipping never arrives. Office in U.S. sends a "shipped" email. No contact or valid tracking number with a US based shipping of postal carrier.

Very good wallet! Excellent customer service...

Ordered the KARBEN wallets x 2, both arrived, not impressed with the product and requested that I return the order, there was a delaying tactic from customer support and 12e-mails later, I gave up and claimed a refund from PayPal, thank goodness for PayPal, without them I would still be waiting for KARBEN to respond, sent the items back by Royal Mail, paid for signed by service to the address they gave me, they didn't accept delivery and as far as I know the items are still undelivered, they are a joke, save yourself the grief, don't buy this product.

They forgot to send me the nerlos Bluetooth tag. I have sent them all the details and they replied to me that they do not find my order. I have sent them the invoice order details, but they have never replied back to my email. Terrible customer support. I will go through the bank to get my money back for the not delivered product. The Karben wallet is ok, at least they have delivered.

Update on my order. I have now received it after 2 months. Communications is very poor they just send generic emails which makes you think you are not being attended to by a real person. I still won't be buying any more from this place.

Let me save you the whole story, but get down to the point. Their customer service is terrible. I have not received my package. They told me I did and stopped replying. I am pretty sure this is a scam.
