Great product, but awful customer service...
On April 18th 2022 I ordered two Karben Wallets, one normal price and one at half price through a special offer. One wallet arrived a few days later, it's a fine piece of merchandise.
I contacted the company straight away, they said they were very busy and would get back to me, which they eventually did, still saying they're very busy. To this date, I don't have my second wallet and I've haven't received a refund.
Despite being patient and polite, the customer service department seem to have washed their hands of me and are not replying to my emails...
